A decently priced cafe with foods both savoury and sweet, a fridge full of drinks (soft drinks and juices and more - most obvious to me was Coke company soft drinks and Mountain Fresh juices) and a seated area with a collection of magazines to read. In terms of savoury food, you can get croissants with ham and cheese for a start. In terms of sweet food, there's a variety of chocolate bars (Cadbury: Fruit and Nut, Picnic, Cherry Ripe, Menz: Violet Crumble, Also Available: Summer Roll, and that's not even half of them!). There's also delicious slices of lemon and coconut, banana bread and carrot cake, as well as amazing Italian Cafe style HUGE biscuits (the Vanilla one akin to a massive biscuit sandwich with icing/cream filling!). They also have a cappuccino machine for many types of hot drink available. (Not sure what, since I don't drink caffeinated drinks myself!) (For payment they take card payments, both Paywave - including Google Pay/Samsung Pay/PayPal/etc. apps using NFC - and possibly magnetic strip!) And once you have the food and drink, the view through the window may be a car park, but many of the original gum trees were kept on the location, reducing the "concrete jungle" feel to "bush urbanisation"!
