Over the last year, even six months, it has radical changes in the range of food outlets available, from sweet to savoury, sandwiches, take a away or sit in, gift foods or your normal shopping list at Tesco the choice is varied, convenient and affordable. You don't have to venture into King St at all if you want to meet a friend or even organise an entire Meetup in the one and only pleasant pub. Other shops include Paperchase, tailors, bookshop, shoe repair, jewelry kiosk, vaping kiosk, hairdressers, Oliver Bonas. The statue at the entrance is quite a conversation piece as you can see. It's a busy travel interchange with the Piccadilly and District lines at ground level and the main bus station above.
Ascending escalator and 1/2 lifts for accessing half of the bus stops have been out of order for months. I asked staff when they will be fixed and they said engineers have come over repeatedly and not been able to get them repaired. Clearly the poor men were parroting what their managers had told them, because looking at the other reviews this has been an on and off issue for years and really the owners of the building just need to hire competent engineers or even just replace them. Basically they're too greedy to invest in something that will benefit people with disabilities who want to get to their bus.
Always worth a visit with some good shops to visit for a small shopping centre. You have your clothes shops, H&M, Clarks, Wilko, Pound Shop, Sainsbury's, Primark, Tiger and toilets upstairs. Then on the high street Boots, Superdrug, Marks and Spencers, Iceland and some other stores and the usual coffee shops. It's a good location for buses as you have the Broadway bus station and trains station for Piccadilly and District line also train station Metropolitan line across the road. Good transport links to Westfield and or North end road in the other direction, or Ken high Street.
I go here for small items from tescos metro and also visit the eyebrow bar located in the middle. This is perfect to for collecting click and collect from various stores and to get to the underground and also buses, having lunch, coffees etc... it is ideal for quick visits but for me only on the odd occasion. It is always quite busy, the shops have smaller stock than other shops in Hammersmith themselves. It is great for visiting at lunch time and you can certainly pick up an evenings meal whether cooked or the groceries for cooking it.
It has the basics like boots, pret, Starbucks and tesco but also a few nice cafes and shops like Oseyo. It's clean too. The only negative is that it doesn't always feel safe in the morning. On one occasion I saw a homeless guy steal from Pret. The staff actually said that they have told the security there and reported it to the police but they apparently don't do anything about it and it happens frequently. I would just suggest being mindful of your belongings when wandering around this centre.
This is not a high end mall but it's really good for every day needs. There's a lot of fast food places and even a large Tesco's. The Super Cuts here is very good - staff are very friendly and have been at this shop for years. It's also nice that as you come out of the tube you are actually in the mall. I've been coming here for years and have never noticed any bad smells and hardly any cooking smells at all, considering how many restaurants are here.
I absolutely love chopsticks in Hammersmith. The food is lovely just like all there staff the only thing I hate is that I have to choose between the rice or noodles which I can't bear to eat but I have to choose one of them to go with my meal. So I go in the shop pay for four but I only get three. My choice I suppose but when you have problems with eating which I never had please don't think I want to rip you off.x
This shopping centre has a selection of shops and restaurants - McDonald's, Tesco, Accessorize, two card shops one which is called Scribbler, Chez Paul, Pret a Manger, Chopstix. It also has handy cash machines and a Boots chemist and a Starbucks coffee shop. It's clean and bright and also has toilets. It also has a key cutting shop and a Super Drug. Pret do very nice food and a great selection of coffees.
I love the Broadway and the many different shops and services that I can use without trekking to King Street. Yesterday, after church, which is inbetween the hairdressers and Tesco, I went to Boots to collect my monthly medication. Then I just had to go up the escalator to my bus stop. Every time I use this branch I stop by the clearance section. I have come across good bargains.
Handy shopping centre - Boots, Superdrug, Accessorize, Scribbler, Oliver Bonas, a cool Korean supermarket, McDonald's, Tesco, Wasabi, Leon, Pret, Starbucks and Costa. There are toilets which charge 50p. They are open during the day until 10pm. Upstairs is the bus station and below is the tube station. Good location if you're changing from tube to bus etc.
You have to pay for the toilets, only accepts card and doesn't work most of the time. Waiting for someone and seeing the amount of grief this puts people through that either can't get it to work or simply aren't expecting it and don't have a card (I.e. minors). You should be ashamed of yourselves for installing such a cheap cash grab.
It has a Tesco metro that is to small, crowded & dirty. A McDonald's that is not great even as a McDonald's and public transport. Nothing else of note. Nothing changed. If not for transport it would be pointless. Oh,. It has a grossly overpriced "specialty" beer pub that really isn't much good. As pointless as ever. Always unpleasant.
This place stinks. Every time I step foot in the station here it smells like nasty chicken grease and it sticks to my clothes and hair. Day automatically ruined. I don’t know if you are oiling the tracks with fryer oil but it needs to stop as I there’s no reason for a train station to smell this bad in 2022.
Great selection of shops within the bus station. Easy access to the Picaddily and District line. Used Pret and Leon whilst there. Not so easy to access bathroom. Went into the pub but I am aware there are toilets available just not in the restaurant establishments. Clean and well kept shopping centre.
It's got good connections and good shops but they really don't care about the people and accessibility. Its the second time this year that the escalators are not working... this would be okay as obviously stuff gets broken. The issue here as that it takes them around 4-6 months to fix it
its a good shopping mall. almost you can access all the shops and hammersmith station is inside the mall. so that's an advantage. but its rush place lot of people always passing through there. even in the mcdonald's is always full of people. so we have to wait lot of time to order.
The gateway to fun. I have been passing through the Broadway for countless years and have seen it develop. Great selection of shops, places to eat and a supermarket. Easy access to public transport and can get anywhere in London from here. There is something for every taste.
Lots of different shops, good place to meet up for a coffee, food or some other types of shopping. Bus station above and also tube station below the centre, other shopping centres are nearby too such as King Street and Westfield is either a bud or tube station away.
Nice little shopping center right in the Hammersmith Station you have a lot of shops and restaurants and takeaway shops cash machines and the most important you have A Tesco Metro which is brilliant you do your shopping and go home but gets very busy at times
Not a big place, but if your getting off at the underground, there are couple of stores if you need to pick some bits and pieces before you continue your journey, there is a large sainsbury a boots, a wilko ( but for how long) a Metro bank.
I had an expensive Swiss Army knife fall of my belt in the Gentleman’s Toilet and only realised after I was speeding away on the bus but after a quick phone call to the security people it was recovered. I am very impressed with their
Great restaurants and food choices. A great opportunity to experience different cultures in one area. Almost a whole town to explore different and wide varieties of shops, supermarkets and restaurants ect .. to make your choice.
I meen its a piece of essential infrastructure that has a good amount of fast food options and is an amazing transport hub looses points for the toilets being paid, but as a tip the disabled toilets are free, go figure.
Lots of Fast Food Shops which was very busy. It has a Boots, Superdrug, and a medium size Tesco Express, and other small businesses. There are 2 separate entrances one for the Bus Station and one for the Train Station.
They charge 50p to use the toilet! The toilet and cubicals are small. The hand dryer is weak. The toilet paper is the cheapest paper on planet earth (you might as well just use sandpaper!).
Might be small but very convenient with boots, pelicana, tesco, Holland and barrats & more. Connected to the Hammersmith station, this is a clean, mall that is never really “very” busy.
One of the best shopping centers near to central London. Although, I didn't visit this place, however due to my phones location was on, so Google map asked me to rate the place.
Its fine, but they have gone mostly self service for payment. The machines are slow to respond, and if you are getting aspirin you then have to wait for it to be authorised.
It's OK to pass through but there doesn't seem to be anyone about to stop the little fools on bikes and escooters from rushing through. Good food places for a bite to eat.
Very nice and extremely busy Broadway. Most of the establishments here are food orientated, so lots of choice for takeaway or eat in. To go to the loo here costs you 50p!
I like Broadway shopping centre although there aren't very many shops but I can usually come out with something. Upstairs, there is a cinema, a gym and places to eat
Almost every escalators are stopping working Also both lifts. How can disabled access bus platforms. I have never seen them fix anything …….useless shopping centre !
Barebones shopping mall and one of the worst in london. Charging 50p for toilets in this day and age is criminal. The escalators and lifts are always out of order.
Very busy place lots of places to eat ... beautiful Christmas decorations were there since place is small people always like packed .. especially in MC Donald
Great little shopping centre with 3 coffee shops, McDonald's and a Tesco that's open until 12 midnight! Directly at the underground station for Hammersmith
Nice shopping mall. Close to my hotel. Has a nice little shop with imported food from the orient as well as many restaurents. Worth checking out.
This is my all time's station since 1996 & was in Hammersmith West London College plus Charring Cross hospital also King's Street
Nice shopping centre.Conveniently tied with Hammersmith station and has got loads of restaurants, shops and access to busses
The shopping centre was very busy there and to do shopping where they can buy things like I always do when I go out.
Not happy with one escalator Not being repaired for so long Also one lift broken down and not being repaired. …
It's a place to buy provisions and them chill a bit on the new seats and look at the World passing by
Queues to pay . Far to long. Did not have what I wanted. This shop has gone right down in my opinion.
It's convenient with metro inside and Halifax next-door great coffee shops can't really go wrong
Better than Livat/Kings Mall if you're visiting Hammersmith
Several food outlets for a quick meal on the go
Lots of things to look at had a wonderful time
