Paid $1157.70 for dermal skin needling package and ipl skin rejuvenation package. Had my first skin needling treatment then 4 weeks later was told their ipl machine was not working and had a machine coming so I could only have another skin needling treatment. Another 4 weeks later was told machine hadn't arrived but was coming soon. Was happy to wait another 2 weeks and was promised by store manager that I would be called on the 18th Nov if there was still no machine and be given my refund back. Did not receive any call on the 18th. Waited until the 20th. Called and left 3 messages during the day for someone to contact me. Did not get any contact at all. Went into the store to see someone face to face. Received $689.60 refund but on the brazilian beauty website a full face dermal skin needling treatment states that the cost is $199. Called back to query this amount but didn't get any answer back. Understand what happens with the ipl machine can't be helped but after waiting 3 months for a service that couldn't be provided the least that could be done is sticking to what was promised and following through on what is told to a customer in regards to communication and their refund.

I had always been a huge fan of the Cannon Hill Clinic and have been attending for various treatments for almost 18 months. Over the last 6 months, however I have been left feeling very disappointed in the quality of service I received. Despite pre-booking with the same technician, I have been bounced between different technicians almost every appointment. The consistency, time taken and quality varies significantly between technicians. I chose to reach out to their support team and was told I would be contacted to discuss further. This never came so I have chosen not to return and would not recommend this Clinic or Brazilian Beauty.

I’ve been going to Brazillian Beauty for about 2 years now and have been seeing Kelsey for over a year and the service is amazing! My skin after the waxing appointment is always smooth and I rarely have any issues with ingrown hairs which I have experienced at different waxing salons. Kelsey has always looked after me with professionalism, yet she is bubbly and fun and I really enjoy and look forward to seeing her every couple of weeks. She is excellent at her job- fast, efficient, and precise. I highly recommend Brazillian Beauty, and especially Kelsey as the beautician!

I am a regular customer here and have spent a lot money on derma rolling and IPL treatments to reduce pigmentation and scarring. My latest IPL treatment my skin had a really poor reaction and blistered. I reached out to them to let them know and they provided me with a complimentary consultation and skin treatment to get my skin back on track. These sorts of things happen when mixing different products, I am really grateful for their response and expertise.

Absolute rubbish booking experience. Trying to book an appointment for my wife resulted in 2 weeks of back and forth only to miss out on a slot on her birthday. Most of the problem is the main Brazilian Beauty website and customer service - so it's no entirely the Cannon Hill branch's fault. They told me I had to call Cannon Hill directly to book, but it was pretty much impossible to get them on the phone.

I am so so glad I got Kelsey when I first came to Brazilian Beauty ! She made my first experience amazing and I felt so comfortable! I have now been going to her for a few months and through my last bit of pregnancy she has been so accommodating and so helpful ! I would recommend Kelsey to anyone who wishes to go to Brazilian Beauty !! She is the absolute best ! :D

I have now been going to see Kelsey here for months! I would not trust anyone else to do this for me. she is great at what she does and very efficient in her work. She is always fully booked, which is a fantastic sign of someone that does a good job and knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend Kelsey to all my friends and family.

The worst brow wax I've ever had. They kept me waiting 15 mins past my appointment time and the actual brow wax was rubbish. She probably only waxed 5 hairs off my brows and when I asked her to take more off they were still no better. Definitely not a 'brow tidy.' Save your money and go elsewhere.

I suggest you tell your clients the price at time of booking then they arnt surprised by your price when time comes to pay Also the tan I got part of my Legs were not sprayed not professional I checked your website it come up as $140 for lashes you charged me $207.20 for lashes

Tried getting my lashes done here from a recommendation I got from a friend and I was so impressed by my lashes! Codie listened to what I was looking for and the end product was amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Love love love!!! Would recommend!

I had a fabulous 6 Step Hydra-micro at Brazilian Beauty Cannon Hill with Kelsey. Kelsey was lovely, taking care in asking me about my previous treatments and skin concerns, and the treatment felt very luxe. My skin is glowy and super hydrated! 10/10!

This salon was very unprofessional, I was charged for an unconfirmed treatment. They also advised that I had booked a two hour treatment which I have never done with any beauty treatment due to medical issues.
