I've already tried to contact the Castelo unit and even Caiçara... At the Castelo unit, the employees who arrive in the morning around 6am make a lot of noise, talk loudly and often even use low-level words. A huge discomfort for us residents who are trying to relax or simply start the day in peace.

Pretty embarrassing. I arrived on this date, 31/05, at around 10:50 am, the only employee present was on her cell phone. I waited 10 minutes, they didn't even greet me or ask me to wait for service. My wife then asked the guy in the kitchen for a card, who turned his back. I was sad to leave.

I love this place. I always ask and they always ask me where I bought it. The service is excellent, always very courteous, the atmosphere is delightful and peaceful if you want to eat there and the products are very well made and tasty!!! Congratulations!!!! More
