Me and my husband used to go to Big City a lot they are a little bit pricey as they are a Neighborhood Grocery Store. As there are not many around. They are pretty clean inside but lately I think a few years now my husband heard on the news or somewhere that their meat isn't as fresh as he would like it so we have kind of stopped going in their due to that fact. I don't know how others may feel but yeah we don't go too much anymore because of the meat not being fresh.

The prices are kind of steep and it seems as though they are taking advantage of the people who may only have a choice of there due to lack of transportation etc... But if this is your choice other then prices it's usually nice and clean the older lady is the only one that's nice she conversates and is funny but the others are sometimes rude and I have even seen them on cells with a line..she is the best thing

the market I give a 5star fast service nice people Now after going to the market we went to this shaved ice place in the parking lot. To the right of store on the corner That place I don't. Recommend for the shaved ice the ice is hard not soft I ordered barbeque spicy wings . They were overcooked and only spicy. That place I give no stars the wait was too long and the worst shaved ice I have ever had

I come here to get the exotic drinks out the vending machine. And I also shop here from time to time. It's located right on homestead Rd . I think it's very convenient for the people that like in that neighborhood. They can shop and walk home with ease. If you are in the area. Stop by and check it out for yourself.

Good braces good produce the produce is limited because the store is small but and they don't have a lot of stuff hanging around that you don't need like plastic pictures and bowls and all that kind of stuff in it you'll never use it's just a straight lace no-nonsense grocery store and I like that

Big City is all right with me. . . I got some good prices some, good fresh Meats. Fresh Vegetables and Fruit shop and you can find them old time Jelly's in jar Strawberry & Peach Preserves With some homemade Fizz biscuits hey y'all don't know but that is good #1 .

Best in the area! ...speaks more of lacking competitors. Been going there all my life! ...but its just convenient. I appreciate this place as the hub of this neighborhood.we all talk shyt,but drive to mesa/Tidwell or go to humble? Thank you big city.

This is one of those asian/chinese ran stores in the black community that sells very bad food that is over priced and low quality. One thing i do like is it hires the neighborhood crack heads to sack your groceries or sweep the floors.

Plenty of the most often needed items. Clean, well stocked, and comfortablere atmosphere. Checking out is quick, and the staff are ready to help. BUT, don't go here for basic health remedies ! The they carry very few

Shopping at Big City is very convenient. Whenever I'm in the middle of cooking and realize I don't have something.....right down the street I go. I love there selection of meats.

Good place to shop for those few things you need for last minute cooking. Prices are a little high for the located setting. But it's a good place to stop for a quick up.

High priced community store, in and out for a few items. That's it! Don't do heavy grocery shopping here you will spend over $100 and walk out with only 3-4 bags..

Bought beer from the store and it was obviously burnt or outdated was trying to get at least a refund on one of the ones I got. just be mindful they sell bad beer

Helpful staff, good weekly sales, good variety, convenient parking, and security in the evenings. A great local grocery store better than a Foodtown or Fiesta.

The meat is always cheaper up there and very pretty I love it and I don't have no problem they very friendly and helpful and been in business for a long time

This store sucks. Everything is expired and overpriced. They take advantage of the community by being a oversized convenience store. Dont by meats from here.

the only neighborhood store that has everything u need in one stop. shelves always stocked and store is always clean and don't have an odor.

A box of swai fish for $50 and it's about 50-55 fillets plus the Eddy's sausage is $6.99 sometimes which is much cheaper than walmart

Heavily stocked store. The workers are very friendly and helpful. They have staff that will help take your groceries to your car.

It's a small grocery store, that carry a few inexpensive items. Unfortunately most of the things in the store or over priced.
