Today I had such an amazing customer service experience with Crystal. She was very kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She listened to everything I wanted to do, as well as adding very good advice. Usually I get very nervous going to banks, but Crystal made the experience very positive and easy, if I ever have troubles I’ll definitely be coming back to this branch. Their ATM jammed while I was retrieving money, I rang the office and received a "so sorry, not our problem" response from an international call center. Had no money or card to get home and had to walk 10 km in the rain to get home to my kids. Find a more sympathetic branch for your money
