If I could give you a no star rating I would. What business closes it's doors between 12 - 1pm for lunch!!. Have you heard of staggering your lunch breaks to remain open and serve the people who bank with you. You are a disgrace to community banking because you serve yourself first and the community who bank with you second.

What a joke. Arrive here at 12.30 on a weekday to organise access to my internet banking, sign on the front door saying “sorry we’re closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm. Maybe include this in your opening hours on google so busy people like myself don’t waste their time trying to find a carpark in Glenelg. Very annoyed.

Today 15/05/2020 at 2.30 on my way to work trying to see a teller waited outside with an older folk in front of me for about 15 min. while inside a bussines type of guy having a nice chat and laughs with both tellers. Ignorant , rude, slow, 0 stars. Abandoned waiting having to go to work.

Friendly customer service, if you are having problems with atm go inside they'll be happy to help, disabled parking across the road.

Friendly staff, always helpful, park at Bayside shopping centre and walk through the mall to Jetty rd.

ATM accepts deposit envelopes. It is not smart.
