I dropped my car off for repairs 2 months ago. I went to pick up my vehicle after making over $2500 in payments to find out that my car has been stolen from the lot today. They had me sitting in the lobby for 1 hour after taking my remaining payment on the car for it to be released to me. The only thing these people could tell me is that they will have to check the camera, to then find out that apparantly they camera system only goes back 3 weeks. This means they have not seen my car on their property for over 3 weeks and only noticed it has been stolen when i arrive to pick up my car. This is also horrifying because they have been taking my money and payments from me on the car over the phone for over 2 months and not having my car in their possession. All they could do is say they will email me when they finish the police report refunded to refund me my almost $3000 in repairs. They lost my car and the car keys meaning most likely they were very negligent towards my car and left the keys near the vehicle for it to have been stolen under their care! I have no proof that they actually even finished the repairs on my car because it is missing upon me trying to go pick it up! This is their fault and they will be held responsible I am so disappointed on top of everything the manager expressed to me that it has happened to TWO other customers within this year. They have not tried to check cameras daily and they do not have Secuity watching the premisses after hours.

Awful and dishonest. I wish i had realized this several hundred dollars sooner. Every time i bring my car in for minor service, i drive away with even more problems. In July i brought my car in for a battery. I drove away and they had left the whole engine cover in my back seat. Then i had to pay $1200 to them to fix engine oil leak i didn't notice. I drove away and now i had a very noticeable oil leak. I couldn't even park my car in my garage for the heat, smoke, and smell... After $1200 of work. I had to bring the car back to them 3 times, because it wasn't done right. More problems. Losts the screws to reattach cover before my eyes. But i still gave them another chance. I know... My fault. Last Saturday, 2 days ago, i brought my X1 in for a front break job. $430. I asked, please don't use cheap parts. They said they resurfaced the rotors and changed the break pads. Photos shown are of my 2 front clean wheels after driving about 100 miles Sunday and Monday. I've had enough break jobs to know what to expect for $430. Not only were the brakes not done correctly with black dust from brakes, still noisy, and shakes when braking, but now i have a high piercing noise coming from engine, they created more car problems. My next expense is to a lawyer to sue for recovery. I really do NOT recommend this shop. I gave them 5 stars initially too...

So i had brought my bmw here too get it raised higher from the ground they told me it was going too be ready by tommorow and i called too check and they told me it wouldnt be ready until the next day and i was very understanding i waited till the next day tried calling and no answer... waited a few hours then noticed they were closed then. They closed early and never contacted me or returned my call. So the next day i called and they said they were going too getting too my car next and that the car before had a bolt fall into the engine ect.. so i asked if it would be ready today and he said probably the next day..... i was a bit annoyed.. i supplied the parts required and everything.. so the next day they call me and tell me that the price quoted would be raised from 300 too nearly 800 just too change the rear suspension and i had too also buy more parts so i told them that was too much and too just charge me too close my convertible top which was stuck open. They told me it was closed ect so i show up too get the car and they charge me 150 too get my car back and i find out they didnt even close it... this place is terrible they robbed me of my time and money.

I have been a frequent customer of Bemer plus over the years but my last experience was horrible. I had to bring my car back 3 times. I was over charged the car was misdiagnosed several times. Each time I expressed my concerns with the owner who argued with me in front of other customers very unprofessional and told me my car is just old get a new one! First time I brought it car was running hot they changed a hose $417. Next week had to have it towed back to shop because it was running hot again. He claimed it was a different hose. He put on a hose that goes on an automatic car and I have a standard. I was charged again. Next time was supposedly the catalytic converter over $1000 estimate but he said Fred said he would “fix it cheaper” but my check engine light might come back on. By the time I left the shop and returned home 15 minute drive the car was loud which I showed him and not drivable. Had to get the car towed to another shop and spend more money to get my car fixed right. Fred refused to return my money. Do not take your car to this shop. Overpriced and misdiagnosed. Very unsatisfactory business

Walked out of my home and my air suspension wouldn't raise up my Audi A8. I figured it was the air compressor so I order it just so there wouldn't be no major delay in repair time. Also, my check engine light was on so I figured whatever was wrong with that I would have addressed also. Had the vehicle towed to this shop on a tow and dolly so it would damage the car. I go by the shop the following week to deliver the part and my fenders are damaged and the car is stuck on the lift machine. No one knows who damaged it it but the owner proceeds to say they were damaged upon arrival (not true at all). Also, In order for them to repair they needed the original wheels because the car was on 22s. I brought the original wheels for them and suspension and fender were both fixed (check engine issue was never addressed, code was just reset). However, they hounded me for more money and wanted to charge me to put the 22in wheels back on that were on the car originally. Totally rubbed me the wrong way. Only reason I brought my car to this shop is because it was recommended by the auto body shop I used.

Bemer Plus is a jewel of Houston and deserves a crown for stellar service and its longevity. The technicians are honest and consistently do good work. I almost always am serviced by Nathaniel/ Nate but you can’t go wrong with any of them. Nate pays attention to detail and is meticulous in making sure you receive you get quality work and amazing service. Even if what he is doing is a big job I never see him look like any job too big. He consistently aims to please and has yet to fail me or any of the other people I have referred. Bemer Plus is also economical and has competitive pricing for not only foreign but any car. They’ll get the job done. If you’re having any auto issue stop reading my review and get there now. They’ve got a solution for you doesn’t matter if it’s a simple oil change or collision body work they’ve got you covered. Oh I only gave them 4 stars because they are always working to be better… so I didn’t want to stop them here but I give them 10/10.

was recommended here from an employee that workers they’re.. very unprofessional gave me the run around when the car was first towed there gave me one price over the phone but when came in the price was totally different. finally got my car back after getting the run around about my car, price went from $200 to $700 w also putting a used part on my car w/o informing me but was on the receipt, picked up my car NUN of my parts put back - they were all in my back seat. Crazy thing is a week later my car is back not working same thing it was doing when i dropped it off, after paying them $700 for something that was suppose to be fixed now i can’t get a returned call from TOMMY the person that’s on my receipt which is the person that was handling my car also I have text the person that referred me to this place which is a employee also and they’re still haven’t got a response. Don’t waste your time here - once they have your car they will start giving you the runaround

Huge shouts out to Aaron, John and Manny over at Bemer Plus for their expertise and quickness in finding the errors made by Sterling McCall Hyundai. These guys had me in and out of their shop in a single afternoon. It’s crazy to think that because Hyundai as the manufacturer agreed to replace the motor (due to a recall), that they would have placed everything back in place as any professional would automatically have done. I even went back and surrendered my vehicle to the dealer and told them that my A/C was working prior to the engine swap and they held my vehicle for an additional week. Only to tell me that the compressor was broke and that for $800+ they would replace/replace. Contrary to popular belief, the dealer is not always your best bet. These guys over at Bemer Plus really mean business and today they proved it. I would recommend 10 out of 10 to anybody, any day bar none. Five stars plus two thumbs up y’all and tip of the hat

Had a wonderful experience at Bemer Plus. Shane, the owner is very cordial and graceful. The tech that worked on our car Manny, was outstanding. We had an issue where water entered the headlight housing, and made a mess of the Adaptive Headlights and DRL's. I bought a new headlight, and installed it myself, but the problem did not resolve. Manny was able to trouble shoot the issue very effectively. He procured the parts, installed them, coded them and resolved all the issues. He is a wizard when it comes to BMW's. BMW's need two kinds of people to work on them, Mechanics (that do the mechanical replacement of parts), and Techs (who deal with the electronics and modules). Its not easy owning a Tech heavy car like a BMW. I'm glad we have such places that can fix them as good as the stealership.

Very unhappy with the office person Aaron for doing work without my full consent to only charge 3xs the initial invoice. The work did not fix the issue in which my vehicle initially was seen about, engine light returned one day later to damage to battery attachments never seen before plus other ongoing concerns. In fact he ask me; what was the problem you came in about? Then stated, If he had known the full reason after the fact, to think the analyzing process would have gone differently. Extra fees created delays of me retrieving my vehicle in which I found my car to have scratches of paint from some sort of scrap to bumper, hood and back trunk never witnessed before. My family has trusted them before however never again. Once shame on me Twice shame on the 3xs, enough is enough.

Had a great experience at Beamer plus. I had a bit of a crisis with car, was in a rush and wasn’t sure if it could be repaired in time. Called Jon who was very professional and reassuring who told me they would do all they could to help. When I arrived I met when Jon who was just as reassuring in person as he was on the phone. I was confident my issue would be resolved. Jon offered me refreshments as I waited. The waiting area was clean and updated. Not only did they fix the immediate issue but advised me of an issue I was not aware of and offered a cost effect option to have it resolved as well. I highly recommend Beamer Plus!!

Was referred by a friend to this place. I took my car to this place on a Friday, and by that Wednesday of the next week I had my car back, and running like a brand new vehicle. I had a BMW 545 and Fred Steward, owner, took care of me and my cars! The prices here are the best, & the work is outstanding! BMW’s are low in the front, prone to rock chips. I had Fred repaint the front every year and it did NOT break the bank! He painted my 2000 Ford F350 making it the envy of everyone who saw/sees it! This is a place to create and maintain a relationship if you want GREAT customer service and QUALITY work done at a reasonable price!

Brought car for reprogramming. Waste of time and money. Still having issues with the car. The owner is always out of town. It's all about money. Take your car to the dealer because it will end up costing you more money here than at the dealer. The dealer will let you know what's wrong with your car before fixing it. You have been warned! Mr. Fred is a thief! My car is not working after 2 months!

Worked with Nate at Bemer Plus, this was my first time dealing with car issues and as a single mother i was extremely overwhelmed. Zack and his team were very helpful and friendly. Zack explained the work he recommended on my car and why and then took me to the back of the shop so I can see the broken part myself. Zack had the part in for me the next weekend when I was able to drop off my car and getting my car back after the work was an easy process. Great service, prioritized repairs, could have made extra money fixing something that wasn't really important but were honest and told me it wasn't worth the cost as it was a minor issue that would cost $500 to fix with no real benefit or detriment if it wasn't, (minor sensor issue). I greatly appreciated their honesty and willingness to be direct instead of just trying to pad a bill!

I should have taken my car elsewhere... that is just it! I am still missing a part on my front end that should not have been touched. I was very upset after the amount paid, and my check engine light is still not off. They told me to drive it for about 60 miles, then bring it back for another month so they could try again??? No way. I feel a refund is warranted at this point.

Manny did a great job of taking care of my 2008 BMW 528i. I had an engine oil hose and coolant hose break around the same time. Manny professionally explained the problem to me and the need for replacement. It’s nice to have someone explain what you need and why instead of just throwing you a bill. Overcharged and misdiagnosed... Got a printout for a job for Vanos Solenoid replacement for $1180. Took the vehicle to another shop for a second opinion... it was an o ring for the oil filter housing.. $100 bucks. These dudes are scam artists.
