Great salon. Great stylists! Recently moved from Sydney & have been searching for my new salon with a disaster at one salon during my quest! Bay Terrace Hair Design, I'm so happy to have found you!! Love the atmosphere but more importantly love my hair. Tania is amazing. She can interrupt what I'm trying to say, listens & I walked out there on top of the world. My mum went to get her hair regrowth done and she had an awful and traumatic experience ! The hairdresser didn’t have a clue as to what products to use and interrogated my mum the entire time, my mum had to continuously defend herself!!! Very disrespectful and unprofessional, no people skills whatsoever. The hairdresser was very lazy and was ordering the other employees around, displaying narcissistic behaviour

This was my first visit to Bay Terrace Hair Design, my stylist was Michelle and she was very professional and listened to what I had to say, she restyled my hair nicely and presented me with a voucher to use at my next appointment which was a nice surprise, I would be happy to recommend this salon to my family and friends, I am looking forward to my next visit. I travel from the northside of Brisbane to get my hair done and I always leave happy. My hair is really difficult to cut but it is never an issue at Bay Terrace. All the stylists are talented and friendly and the salon has a modern but welcoming feel to it. I would recommend this salon to anybody.
