Bay Bouquet lost our order for wedding flowers. We spent an hour discussing flowers and preparing an order 3 months in advance of the wedding. The owner will reply that he didn't lose a thing. You can be the judge of that. We discovered this information by calling the shop and speaking with someone who finally told us the truth (many thanks to this woman who saved us from an even bigger nightmare on the day of our wedding). According to the owner, my order was not lost, it simply wasn't "big enough" to warrant a contract. Okay, so when do we have peace of mind as to the cost and detail of our flowers? Owner says it's still one month out; he can't provide us with a contract because he'll have to change the terms of his standard contract (heaven forbid you customize one of your contracts for customer satisfaction); and he's in China right now with no internet access (maybe have someone else who's not in China type up the order if you actually have it). Okay, so where do we go from here? Owner says he's not going to be back in the states for a couple of weeks (no actual date provided to ease our worry). The woman at the shop told us he is returning 2 days before our wedding. Our wedding is not on their calendar and the only person with our order is the owner in China - he thinks we ordered "a bouquet" for our wedding (wrong again). No one at the 2 locations of Bay Bouquet knew about our wedding or our order. We ordered our flowers 3 months ago as any prepared couple following a checklist would. I called the shop 2 months ago and left a voicemail, and emailed the shop 1 month ago. I never heard back from anyone. I was being lenient because of the holidays (my mistake). I'm waiting for our typed order with flower detail and pricing as I was promised 3 months ago by the owner. These are important pieces of information expected from a professional well before one month out. We should have received a summary of our order the day of or, at the very least, a month after we ordered! No one deserves to be left hanging over wedding details. It was a terrible feeling. Our wedding flowers may not be a big deal to you, Anthony, but our wedding flowers are a big deal to us. We did not receive an apology; instead, we were given a record of excuses. We were attacked for following up on the order as if we were crazy and premature. Because of Tony and his lack of empathy, we are scrambling to find a place that will do an order for a wedding taking place 2 days after Valentine's Day. This is why we ordered 3 MONTHS AGO! We were never offered an apology nor provided with immediate attention. We were faulted for following up one month before our wedding. After many phone calls and tears, we found the perfect person to do our flowers. There are people out there who actually care about your wedding day. They know how special the day is to you no matter how big or small your flowers order may be. It's an honor and a privilege to be selected by a couple to prepare their wedding flowers. Be careful who you select. You would think any human being would respond by apologizing immediately and correcting the situation without delay. Whether the order is lost or not lost became irrelevant. Sorry Bay Bouquet and Anthony for inconveniencing YOU! Beware of this company. Get your orders in writing. This could happen to you.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered to Tampa General hospital where she works. I wait all day for a call from her and never hear anything from her saying she got them, you know the call that makes it worth spending 80 dollars on flowers. Wait till the end of the day and she calls me when she leaves work and mentioned nothing about flowers. I call Bay Bouquet and they tell me the flowers were delivered to the hospital main entrance. I have to call my girlfriend and tell her that I had ordered flowers and they are at the front desk main entrance. She has left work at this point and has to turn around to go and see if they are there. They are not there. I call back Bay Bouquet and ask again about the delivery. They assure me they were delivered at 2:15. I call my girlfriend back and she walks around the hospital to some other places she thinks they could be but no flowers. I call Bay Bouquet a third time and they finally call the delivery driver and come to find out he delivered them to the wrong place and I had to call my girlfriend who has been walking around after leaving and coming back and tell her where they delivered them so she could get them. Seeing how this is one of the closest florist by Tampa General I really was surprised they couldn’t get the flowers to the right spot. THIS TOOK THE WHOLE FUN AND EXCITEMENT OUT OF SENDING FLOWERS AND TURNED IT INTO A 80 DOLLAR HASSLE FOR MY GIRLFRIEND AND I.

I have used Bay Bouquet many, many times and was never disappointed. The price points are noticeably higher than your normal FTD on line order but always, always worth every penny. This last time however I was mortified at what arrived. First I had to call because I came home from work and there were no flowers. It was after 5 and got no answer and the store was closed. With no notice, the flowers did arrive around 6PM, left at the door. This was the worst floral arrangement I have ever seen. I am embarrassed to say how much I spent on this arrangement and am horrified that this is what was delivered to my partner for her 60th birthday. I don't know what happened but I am very disappointed and will likely never use Bay Bouquet again. To let you know just how poor the arrangement and quality of flowers that were delivered were consider that a Publix Bouquet that was brought over that same morning by her daughter was better looking from the start and is still alive and vibrant while the Bay Bouquet is wilting and losing color. Horrible Experience.

I was on the fence about purchasing a bridal bouquet for my wedding as I was having a small, intimate ceremony. When I finally decided the week of (do not recommend), the first few florists I called seemed stressed and inconvenienced by my last minute request. When I called Bay Bouqet I received the opposite response! They were kind, listened to my vision and reassured me that they could come up with something perfect for my special day. When I saw my bouquet I was floored they created something so BEAUTIFUL while staying within my budget! Bay Bouquet truly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist!!!

Wanted to express my sincere gratitude for Bay Bouquet. I had a special request to replicate our wedding flowers for my wife on the day our son was born. With the pandemic underway I wasn't sure if they could deliver to the hospital we were going to be at, so Bay Bouquet called the hospital to check for me and took it from there. The overall experience was perfect! The flowers were amazing and my wife loved them! The arrangement was delivered at the perfect time. I am truly grateful for Bay Bouquet's kindness, attention to detail and impeccable service. They earned by business for life! Thank you!!

I wanted flowers for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner to place on the table. I loved the Tastefully Jade bouquet and asked for the bouquet to be made into separate arrangements. I wanted to give them to the Bride, Mother of the Bride and two Grandmothers to take home after dinner. Bay Bouquet suggested four separate flower arrangements all the same size, and gave a very reasonable price for each. They were delivered directly to the restaurant on Harbor Island, on time, and were absolutely stunning! They were perfect, everyone loved them! Thank you so much Bay Bouquet!

Had the privilege to see the new Riverview store and was also able to participate in their ribbon cutting ceremony by serving and creating cake pops for their beautiful store. To focus on the flowers they are amazing and carry a unique variety that will appease any shopper for any occasion. The owners and staff are great, amazing, and friendly people. Prices are very reasonable and affordable for any budget as well. Please check them out as I can assure you, you will not be disappointed with their quality of work and professionalism as well.

Ordered a custom bouque for valentine's day. When I read "custom" in a description I think it's buyer customizable. It's not until you read the print at the bottom that you realize that they're customizing it, not you the buyer. Although I was very specific with my request, what my wife was received was nothing like what I asked for. The designer should have seen that and at the very least contacted me about the discrepancy. Tried calling tonight but it's after closing and there's no way to leave a voice-mail message or send an email.

Received two dozen Roses for my birthday from my parents. They were absolutely beautiful....UNTIL they weren’t!! The very next morning ( received after 5pm) 6 buds just dropped... by the next day I lost a dozen of the roses half of which bloomed the rest didn’t get a chance they just died!! By the third day the entire very expensive arrangement is in the trash!! They all died by the third day!!! Also my Dad added a box of chocolates which they never delivered!!

We used Bay Bouquet for our wedding at the Oxford Exchange. Simply wonderful is how I'd describe the service and flowers. Anthony was brilliantly creative in fulfilling my wife's requests. We shopped around and ultimately chose this florist based on reviews and recommendations. It's the only way to go these days. Five stars all the way!
