Poor customer service...the staff at desk not trying to understand what their customer is going through.....while doing cardless deposit on 17th sep at 10:20pm in castle plaza brancg  .My money$3200 got stuck in the machine in the machine because of the technical error...I told them that I need of help but noone helped mee...its financially hard time for me...i would urge the  regional   manager to look into this as a matter of urgency ..its mentally tourturinng  when even after providing all the evidences nothin is been done about it
