I was upset with some of the money that the bank had been recently taking out of my account as fees. Jocelyn nicely and patiently listened to me and went over them until they all made sense. She even refunded one of the fees. She was very helpful. Thank you Jocelyn for your help, and I hope the owners of the bank appreciate you!

In an attempt to refinance my car lease, they literally told me that their car refinance rates were a little high right now and that I should check with someone else. The lady just kept pointing at her computer screen and saying "See? They're high". That's what I made an appointment for. Just terrible.

They close at 2pm on saturday, walked up at exactly 2pm on the dot, doors were locked with people inside. The lady at the front wouldnt even look at me and pretended not to notice me for a few minutes, couldn't even signal me that it's a "no go". Horrible customer care/service shutting my account down.

They only had one Teller with a long line on a Saturday. There was an employee just standing around looking at the line. Once they opened up a new window both clerks were interrupted to the gym take deposits for new customers, therefore, making everyone wait longer. New remodel bank but poor service.

This bank sucks! Always long lines and one teller 2 max working. With the amount of money these banks make you would assume they could staff properly. I'm glad I don't bank with BOA but unfortunately every two weeks I come by to make deposits to some contractors I work with.
