BPS IS PHENOMENAL! Erica can just look at a jar and it will open for her. I have had quite a few massages in my life and none compare to Erica. I received a 90 minute cupping massage on April 12 and it was EVERYTHING!!!! Erica is the BEST!!! She is an educator, she explains what she is doing, and why she is doing it. At the beginning of my experience we had a nice conversation as I filled out my medical history and any trouble areas I wanted her to focus on. I'm new to working out and weight training and had some sore and tight muscles. Erica explained how cupping will help loosen up those muscles and let me tell you it did! I felt like I had a new body by the end of my 90 minutes and it is a full 90 minutes!! Throughout my experience she consistently made sure the pressure wasn't too much and talked me through the process. Her fingers are like a X-ray machine they scan over the muscles and pin point areas that need to be worked on. By the end of our session I was floating on cloud 9. I will definitely be back!!!!

I was referred to Erica by Dr. Chris at Evergreen Chiropractic. He explained the depths of her work and I booked a deep tissue massage the very next day! She was everything Dr. Chris described and more! I had re-occurring issues in my left shoulder and rotator cuff for about two years. Erica was able to identify and relieve a pocket of air deep inside that area. She took her time and was very thorough. When I left that afternoon I felt amazing! At first there was some confusion with the address, but Érica was very apologetic and accommodating. She had a cancellation and was able to bring me in on same day following appointment. I been to B.P.S. twice and gotten deep tissue massages from Erica. She is SO knowledgeable about the underlying causes of injuries and pain in general. I lift weights, and I would definitely recommend her for powerlifters, bodybuilders, and really any person who puts a lot of stress on their body.
