Unqualified and rude sales people in this pharmacy. I have got a wrong medicine than the prescription one. When I returned and show it in 1mg website as wrong medicine given to me, they told in Google you will find many things and nothing will happen to you even if you take that medicine. When I asked the qualification, the sales person who given tablet to me told that he has B.Com. I am wondering how B.Com is qualification for a pharmacy sales person. When I asked more, then 3 sales people in the shop started abusing me in Kannada and told me that we are giving you money back, you go out. They were so arrogant and told me to go and complain where ever you want. They did not give bill, so I had no evidence for complaining. There are many good pharmacies run by professionals in Neeladri Road like Apollo, NH etc. Never ever consider this pharmacy for buying any medicine if you can get it from some other good pharmacy.

I wish I could have given minus star, I have asked for one cream replacement ,which I bought 15days back ,which I have not used They very arogont not responded properly ,denied for replacement I was continously requested saying that I am regular customer. At last I have asked just Pay me 50 percent amount or any item which cost 50 percent not at all agreed . Please try other medicals ,I d Suggest Mahavir medical in 13th cross I will never visit this medical in my life again

Finally I came to know that u guys brought that medicine from somewhere else to help me.i request u should the same job like this to fulfill customer need for their lives thank u.

Never i have come across a chemist who is so rude with customers. all staffs are extremely rude & arrogant in their behaviour, license should be terminated for such kind of ppl who think they are doing favor on patients coming to buy medicine. all staffs are arrogant while speaking to customers & least bothered abt customer service.

Useless and mannerless staff. Full of ego. Rude, as if they are doing some beneficence on customers. Soon they won't have any. Poor customer service will never take you long way. Will never visit here again ever. Abusive staff specially the one little kid sitting on the cash counter. Doesn't have any manner how to talk.

Regular customer for medical and used to buy medicine regularly and the staff of the medical they are well mannered and they are aware of the concern of the customer if we are uneducated to tell about the concerns and they will try to understand and they people help to give treatment if we request......

Had a worst experience today. The store manager misbehaved and very rude in his dealings. It was really sad to see such a shop behaving in a nonsense way during the corona times. I would surely not recommend this shop. There are other good medical stores on neeladri road.

Poorest customer service ever. Have never seen such arrogant chemist in the entire India. Would never recommend anyone. even if you have to travel 5kms to buy a 10rs medicine choose that option. Heights of rudeness. Shame!! I would give minus 10 rating.

Service is so poor and slow and staff are not wearing a mask and they don’t follow a rules of COVID 19..and I think purchase of medicines from this shop is not safe !! They don’t have manners how to talk to customers!!

Poor customer service. Will not even consider to return the medicines you just bought at the counter and rather give you a credit note. The only medical shop which still manages to sell everything on MRP.

I can say they have degraded service. I was so happy in past to get medicine delivered at home. But this time they have not given bill and very rude and loud in arguing.
