I had visited Apollo for baby's ear piercing and had very bitter experience. I did not want any problem while piercing that’s why I had gone to ENT Dr instead of a beautician. First of all, we were asked to put marks on ears. If we had to do it why should we pay for the service. I have seen outside that the person who does piercing puts the mark measuring with a scale so that the mark is on the same place on both ears. Here they don’t even have a scale or marker. With lots of struggle I had put marks on baby's ear. But still the Dr failed to put earrings on the mark and he was saying that we can remove and do piercing again. Come on, its a baby not a guinea pig. By the time my baby was very fussy and started throwing tantrum. Since the pierced place was so wrong, we had to agree for re piercing leaving us no choice. 2nd time he could not do a gunshot properly and he manually put the backside of earing. But it ended in closing the backside too tightly. My baby was not allowing to touch ears to loosen it later at home. I had to spent 2000 for service and 500 for medicines. Later after 3 weeks we were supposed to go and change it to gold earrings removing the one Dr has put. But unfortunately, my baby removed it at week two. By the time I came back from office the hole has already started to close. It started to bleed when I tried putting it back slowly. So, I took her to Dr again for assistance, but he told let it heal and later we will do piercing again. For this stupid advice also, I had to pay 550 for consultation. Whenever you remove gunshot earring and put gold it will bleed because the earring pin is larger. So, its common and I know it because I had done second stud and third stud piercing recently. But still Dr asked to come back for piercing again. Finally, My baby had to suffer a lot, I had to spend around 3k and the end result?? She has to again go through all these things sometimes later in life.

Horrible place. Please first of all delete the number from the website because no one ever picks up the call at the reception. After calling 10 times no one responded so the patient has to go to the hospital to check availability of the doctor. After complaining regarding the number listed the receptionist shouted back and claimed she was sitting there while the phone did not ring. Then they were supposed to intimate whether the blood reports are ready they did not for which again the paitient has to go physical and checked when asked whether the report are ready THE NURSE THREW THE REPORT IN MY FACE. They were still supposed to intimate in the pending report which they haven’t and are not responding to calls either On asking whom to escalate the issue to they boldly told me to meet the central manager which I decided not to as it let pled like everyone is sitting on a mutually agreeable arrangement of Mismanagement!! There are still more hopeless reviews so I’m guessing Apollo is not bothered To cater to any irony being their Tagline being “Seriving others” with what Bad service and arrogance !!!! P:S similar experience with Appolo kormangala the receptionist threw the visiting card when asked if the general physician was available!!

Worst place. Too crowded and bad management. Went for corporate checkup. My doc had prescribed for some more tests. They charged additionally for these packages. After tests, from the report, figured out that some are already covered under the corporate plan. They had charged twice for some tests and told they cant do now since billing is already done. Easy loot for them. It is their responsibility to check and tell what is covered since public wont be knowing all the details. Also, they seem to be very pricy. Appollo clinic is another city has done all these that I have done here + some more for 60% of this price. Pricing could be different in different cities, but cant be this much of difference. They are just looting since there is good demand. When you visit them, staff are more interested in selling their checkup plans, annual membership etc, not in attending patients. You need to wait for 30-45 mins simply even to bill for appointment. Worst experience. Avoid!! Springleaf and Narayana are relatively better in Ecity itself.

This is the most unreliable lab in bengaluru. I went for a health package and have my blood samples. Next day when I called up I came to know that they chose a wrong test code hence u have to give all samples again....I was completely surprised that what the hell is this..How can such a big name company do this mistake. Next day they send the technician and he took 5 samples. My surprise became a shock when I received a message that some of your test report has been uploaded and you can view. When I logged in using my mobile I saw a x ray report which I never went for. Now I definitely can't rely on their report. Not sure how many jave gone through like this and taking medicines basis their lab results. It's a simply NO now for this lab. Please be very cautious if you are visiting this lab.

I went here for corporate checkup. Decent facilities and friendly front desk.Since I reached early morning, I was able complete most of the test in 2 hours but unfortunately the last test was ultrasound and I had to wait for about extra 1 hour for the doctor to arrive. I was in the queue early I didn't think there was even 2 guys before my turn.eventually they had manipulated my waiting queue and I got upset and questioned them but still they kept me at 4th queue for ultrasound.i don't know how their queue systems works but it's utter nonsense. Overall felt disappointed with the way they treated me even after raising concerns with manipulation of my queue and waiting time.

Well, me (and a lot of my friends) never had a good experience with Apollo Clinics across Karnataka, so I did not go with any high expectations honestly. But what happened today has left me shocked. When I asked them before leaving when will I get my reports, they told me your reports will "only" be directly forwarded to company over email as it is a pre-employment check up and results won't be disclosed to you at all. I did not find this sensible, so I cross checked with company and they confirmed that the hard copy of the reports should always be handed over to you and soft copy provided to company. What all is happening in this world of clinics now a days :D

Went on a Saturday, registration for health check-up took 1 hr for 17th no., pl. note that there is no token system. They ask everyone to come at 8.30am and the guy at 35 no. was furious that it would take him 2hrs just to get registered for tests which is pathetic also implying he can't have breakfast before 11am. Further, x-ray machine was down on the day and the doctor for ultra sound would be available only after 12noon. If you have 2D Echo as part of your package, be prepared to wait till 5pm because that's when the cardiologist is available. Apollo - what's wrong with you ? I had to give 1 star at the minimum. Total letdown ....

Very bad experience, front desk won’t respond properly and the supporting staffs were behaving like as if they are gods. I made a mistake of booking a health checkup in this center [neelandri Road Apollo clinic] . They treated me as if they are doing free service and even the front desk was saying I have to wait since I haven’t paid for the health check up and company is paying for health check up which was really surprising. Very worst exepericne. Don’t go for health check ups in this particular centre.

Worst. I went to vaccinate my daughter who is three months old. I called them prior over telephone twice and confirmed for vaccinations. After reaching there , l asked the reception again for consultation and vaccination. They took ₹550 and asked me to wait for forty five minutes before consulting. After consulting they say they don’t have stock of any vaccinations. They have wasted my money, time and my daughter is too tired of stress who is just three months old. NEVER GO TO THIS THIRD GRADE HOSPITAL

Its taking many hours to give a simple test report . I have given blood sample mornning and While collecting the sample they said the result will be sent to my registerd email id, i tried freequently to call them but no-one is responding. Finally late evening aroud 7.30pm i have visited the clinic still it was not ready. I waited there and collected the result. It will take only few minuts to do the test and get the result but as it is a low cost test they are not at all considering it seems.

A good place for consultation and getting advise on ailments. Really appreciate the consultation and advise of the doctors from my recent visit. The location in Google Maps as of now is inaccurate. The clinic is located opposite Ajmera Infinity gate, in the same building as Rassoia Social/Street Restaurant. It's better to book an appointment online or by phone before visiting the clinic, makes things go faster. I was charged ₹100 as one time registration fee and ₹600 for consultation.

I don't believe that it's a branch of apollo it's looks like a government hospital no one cares about any patient. don't even think of going this clinic better go to narayana clinic just 50m from apollo and there gesture and hospitality is superb every patient are taken care equally. In this clinic they are charging more fees and showing there attitude to us. Only doctors are good but other facilities are very worst. Even doctors timing are not fixed.

They have good front desk but they lack in operations efficiency. No serialisation of customers based on their intime. They don't have proper power backup for important machines like X-ray and Ultra sound. I had very bad experience with them for X-ray. I won't recommend Apollo clinic for anyone on an emergency. Hope they will improve in the above mentioned aspects. Lastly They have in-house pharmacy as well.

I went to this place twice for my 3.5 year old daughter's blood checks. Staff is really good and place is decent. Results take some time but they respond to calls and show the courtesy of emailing the reports when ready. The act of billing only after drawing sample from the kid is also commendable. Recommended for lab tests. I don't really know about the consultation here so can't comment on that.

One of the best clinics in Bangalore. Very clean and hygienic. In last 1.5 years I have visited more than 5 times, all doctors are experienced and good. One of the most important things about this clinic is, nursing staff is polite and very good at work. Mubashira ma'am, Monalisa and Marium are experienced, polite and cooperative. Specially Mubashira ma'am always be there to help us.

Please avoid going here. Over the years, the service quality at apollo has worsened. 1. Even if you have booked an appointment slot, be prepared to wait 1hr or more after you actual appointment time. 2. Apollo Doctors are really incompetent and uninterested in listening to patient. So in summary a major scam going here - this money spinning dukaan is best avoided.

Very good experience. Good and cooperative staffs. All the tests done with most modern equipments and with ease. I will reccomend this clinic at electronic city to my friend and family for sure. But the annoying factor is the presence of SBI credit card agent who makes all false promises so that you take the card and whatever they tel will be a big LIE..

The staff who receives telephonic queries are pathetic, I called them to enquire on the timings for dentist post which I asked them the consultation fees to which they said they don't know, I mean how fair is this? And then the call was transferred to someone else who didn't bother to pick it up, and all my other calls got disconnected.

The staff is helpful and hospital is also well equipped. But the biggest problem is punctuality. It is said that the hospital opens at 7:00 am but the staff start coming in only after 8:15am. The doctor however is available only between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. A little disappointed by the punctuality but the service otherwise is good

Staff does not show responsibility. While taking order for unavailable medicine, they show more interest. But for delivery they don't even bother. Without even checking order status simply says some status. And when contacting again and again simply blames some co-worker who is not present. Finally does not deliver the orders.

We went with an year old baby who had fever. They applied some cleaning chemicals all over the reception and we had to wait outside the clinic for a long time. We had booked appointment online and had confirmation message as well. But receptionist says it's after 30mins more. Donno how they cordinate

It's a great clinic last week I went for a regular blood check and X-ray where person named sendhil has taken my blood sample for test he and he even taken my X-ray... Here he was the Sam person handling the both blood check up Lab and X-ray... Vry nic humble n knowledgeble person to talk to...

Staff is not professional, not kind enough to talk properly. Pathology Lab staff is very untrained always seems to be in hurry. I went for blood test, she was in so hurry that she didn't even check for viens and injected syringe, blood started coming out. Very interested unprofessional.

I have visited this clinic many times. First of all billing takes a lot of time. Most of the nurses are okay for blood test/injection adminstration but Some nurses are not so experienced with needle. It depends on your luck who you get. It can be a smooth or a very painful experience.

We visit this clinic quite often for showing our kid to the paediatrician Dr. Sandesh Alva. He is very friendly and gives personal care to kids. Have been coming here ever since we consulted him first time a year back, be it for regular vaccinations or occasional health hiccups.

I have visited appollo clinic at Neeladri road and met "Dr. Nithyakanya Arthi". She is well experienced doctor and also very friendly. I was suffering with viral fever from past 15 days after met with Dr. Arthi and followed the doctor prescription and got cured with in 3 days.

I have visited the store 3 times and found the management very poor. There are enough staff to handle all the operations starting from managing patients to do the billing etc. I have visited Orthopedic and Physiotherapist; doctors are good though and friendly.

This is one of the most efficient clinics in Electronics City. Unlike other clinics. Their service is prompt and efficient. The general physician Dr. Zakira and orthopaedic Dr. Mandal is very good. Need some Dr. availability during the daytime as well.

I came to issue Medical Fitness Certificate.. Doctor is very cooperative and also has done all the respective checks to issue the fitness certificate in the same day. Management is hassle free..Good experience at Apollo.. Thanks Team Apollo...

We visited the clinic for medical checkups towards Max Bupa Health Insurance. Receptionists were polite and helpful. General Physician who did medical examination was experienced and knowledgeable. Clinic was clean and hygienic.

Most irresponsible. I went to get my son's cast removed but to my surprise and shock there was no xray guy in the clinic. After waiting for an hour I was told that he left even when the doctor and patients were still there.

Dr. Zakira and Dr. Sudhir are really good. The clinic timings need to be longer, as it is difficult for working people to get to the clinic after work on weekdays. The nurses are nice and supportive.

Good staff. Doctor Nitykanya Aarthi is awesome. She takes very good care of patients. Staff are also good. Only one suggest to give some good facility to elders who come for tests and scanning.

I came here for annual check up, the staff are good they will guide in all tears. They will need to improve the efficient use of patients time so we will not waste more time in waiting.
