Picked up my car today following repairs. The repairs themselves for the panels appear to be good, however my biggest complaint is that my radio display is not functioning adequately to the same standard as it was on drop off. On further inspection it appears somehow the display brightness has been turned completely down and is almost impossible to see. I flagged this with a staff member on pick up and was reassured this was NOT an issue caused by them as they would not have had to handle/ touch my car battery at all and was recommended to go to a dealership if I wanted further support having this fixed. So I left with this issue unresolved (despite this working perfectly before repairs). Once returning home I noticed on further examination that my battery cover actually has been broken (this was intact atleast a week prior to repairs). This and the fact that my car clock was reset suggests to me that someone did infact have to handle my car battery and likely is linked to the issues I am now having with my radio display. It would have been appreciated to have had this issue acknowledged/ taken accountability of and been informed my battery cover is also now damaged. Rubbish was also left behind in the boot of my vehicle (photo attached). Fortunately I am not out of pocket for any expenses currently. However I will now need to seek further support having the issue with my radio display resolved. This account is an alias name.

Auto Transformers recently did some repair work on my '86 RX7 and honestly I am soo happy I chose them. They were super respectful the entire time and took such great pride and care in my car, even writing on the window to make sure the engine was warmed/cooled being a rotary. Being an older car with existing repairs they took a lot of care in getting it right and when they found further problems they fixed them while they were there without asking a dollar more (within reason, they had paint in the gun). I also asked them to paint a roof wing I supplied and it was a nightmare to get to fit right. They were super creative and didn't stop until it was looking right on the car which was amazing to have them care that much. Thanks guys! Updating this 2 years later: I found a masking line after letting the car get dirty. Called in and showed them and they took the car straight in and fixed it within 10 minutes. Awesome service

Took my 84 hj60 in to get resprayed and new pin stripes, I expected better from a car restoration business, bonnet and flutes not painted properly, paint defects, failed to cut out rust that i paid you to do, paint chipped to bare metal when i got the car back somehow when it was just painted, pin stripes peeling off, and who cuts them on a car into brand new paint..... I have no words very disappointing, A random crash repairer could do better, if your reading this take your car else where. Was not worth $12000. Another repairer will be fixing there carelessness. I didn't trust you at all to take it back and get repaired, making a referral to you guys was a big mistake. Main reason i took it back was because the front quarters weren't painted properly and had primer exposed remember you had to fix it.

I’m really upset with the work done to my car and the treatment I received. I have returned a minimum of 4 times. Just because I’m a girl and I don’t have a “fancy” car it is still a new car. I still have a dent I didn’t have before and there is still a part number on my grille. When I first complained I was spoken to as if my concerns were insignificant and eventually after getting my insurance company involved I had some more help. This has been by far the most difficult experience and process to go through and after coming upon recommendation, I’m sorry that I did.

I highly recommend Auto Transformers for crash repair or restoration work! From the office staff through to the workshop, the employees are very professional and helpful. No questions were an issue. I was surprised to read a review about a female being treated unfairly because of her gender! I am a female and do not have a fancy car and I have had my car repaired on a few occasions and was very happy with everything. Not only did they fix my car, but Kylie in the office organised a loan car with Right2Drive for my convenience.

After a recent bingle with my vehicle I took the vehicle to Auto Transformers as my son takes his car to them for repairs. As it happened his car was also there for lengthy repairs. When I went in for the quote I had one of my 2yr old grandson's with me, he walked out with a matchbox car, on the return visit I had him & his sister with me & they both walked out with a matchbox car each & got to see their father's car still in for its repair. Average work which had to be fixed and still not fixed properly, Missed doing quoted work and now lied about ever quoting it. Had two people tell me the car had been machine polished due to fall out and after i discovered it was covered in buff marks was lied to about what they had said they had done (never polished it they said). Do not go there.

Did work experience for my vet course here for a month all up. I have watched them work and seen what they are like. These guys are some of the nicest people I have ever met and work very well. Their work is great and it was a pleasure working with them.i would definitely recommend this shop for quality work and customer service.

These guys are so nice and friendly. I called them to ask for some advise about rust on a car, and they took the time to help me by reviewing some pictures and to call me and give me valuable advice. Quoted $250 to paint a brand new mirror. Rang several other shops and none were anywhere near as expensive. In the end I paid $75 at a local paint and panel shop.

My car is there to be repaired they explain everything to you /me. I found they treated women with respect not like a dumbarse
