Astrofit is the best gym I’ve ever come across. It’s a gym focused on you and your results and they have thought of everything to make that happen for you! I have a semi-private membership which I highly recommend to anyone who needs that extra push and help from a trainer. All the trainers are amazing!! As if that’s not enough, it includes pre and after supplements to really get you ready and in shape, meal plan and workout plan for those days you don’t want to workout with a trainer. For the first time in my life I’m excited to book and go to the gym and I’ve never felt better in my own skin! LOVE my Astro-fam!

Un gym hors de l’ordinaire . Au début , j’y allais par curiosité et maintenant j’y vais pour le challenge et le plaisir que ça me procure . Les entraîneurs sont des gens de cœur qui ont notre réussite à cœur . De plus , je n’ai vu que des résultats depuis que je suis chez Astrofit rdp. Nous sommes une famille . Nous nous encourageais les uns les autres et c’est ce qui les différencie des autres gym . Je le recommande à tous ceux qui voudraient essayer une nouvelle expérience avec des entraîneurs qualifiés et aimable . N’hésite pas , venez nous rejoindre .

Just want start by saying congratulations on the 2nd opening of Astrofit and to many more !!! I'm currently a member at Astrofit Blainville, but I've trained in RDP a couple of times and trust me it's worth the drive. These trainers are people who care and motivate you to become better. I recommed meeting with these trainers 100%. They are equipped and they know what there doing. Results is what you want. This is the gym for you. Nothing but love for them, they should be proud for how far they've come.

I looooove Astrofit !! I train at the RDP location and i’m really ejoying myself. I’ve trained before at other gym and crossfit gyms but i’ve never felt so motivated by trainers others that are there and by my environment. They really pay attention to your body positionning during exercice to optimize results and avoid injuries and really walk you through everything to help you achieve your goals. I strongly recommand it !!

Des entraineur(e)s qui offrent un service personnalisé. Conscient que chacun a ses objectifs, limites, etc. J'adore le sentiment lorsque ma coach me faire repousser une limite que j'étais certaine était impossible a atteindre. Que du plaisir célébrer mes succès avec eux ! De plus l'emplacement RDP est idéal si vous voulez vous entrainer pour des courses a obstacles ! (corde, monkey rings, etc)

Beau gym avec ambiance motivante, comme si nous formions une famille . Soutien et encadrement impeccable. Les coachs veulent ta réussite autant que toi. J'ai commencé à celui de Blainville et j'ai été chanceuse d'assister à leur expansion. N'hésitez pas à aller visiter celui à Blainville et bientôt Laval! …

I LOVE ASTRO FIT!!!!!! This gym is honestly the most family like environment I have ever been in. Everyone is incredibly nice and supportive no matter if they know you or not! I have never been so motivated to workout in my entire life. Astro fit truly changed my life❤️

If you want results, this is where to go. So much love and motivation from the trainers they truly care its not about the money with them. Always excited to see what workouts i will do next and what goals they will help me achieve. Truly worth every penny!

Amazing Trainers who are there with you every step of the way! One stop shop for pre and post workout nutrition! Best meals and shakes I've had! People make you feel like family every time you walk in the door. Don't forget the many fist bumps. 6/5!

Amazing gym seriously! I have never felt so comfortable going to the gym and being confortable with myself. You feel like family and the trainers help you how to count your macros and are ALWAYS available. This gym is totally worth it :)
