Where do I begin. I purchased some things very early for Valentine’s Day. By 7pm February 14th my items still weren’t delivered. I called customer service and no one would take my call nor would they return my voicemails. Finally closer to 9pm I reached someone, but just before I reached someone I emailed them and asked for an explanation. I got an email just before my phone call that the delivery driver made several attempts to contact the recipient but they never answered. Their is just one problem with that story, my phone number was the recipients number, no one called me all day so that was a lie! Once they found out that it was my personal number listed the story began to change from the original one of no one picking up the phone. Then they further stated that they had reached out to the recipient and advised them that since they didn’t answer they would attempt to deliver the items the next day, I was home all day no one called nor came by, so they never reached out to anyone, lie number 2! Finally I just cancelled my order with the representative and they stated that I would receive my refund between 24-48 hours, that was on the 14th. It is now the 18th and still no refund, I called yesterday to inquire about my refund then minutes later I get an email with a cheesy apology and statement that I would get my refund within 1-4 business days... so this was the 3rd lie! I’m so done with this place, I don’t see how any of these positive reviews could even be true! Will never order from here again, poor customer service, and drivers are lazy! Worst floral/gift shop I’ve ever ordered from, very unprofessional and refuse to accept responsibility. I spent a lot of money too... my advice go somewhere else and save your time!

We used Apple Blossoms as our wedding florist and would HIGHLY recommend. We had an in person meeting with Scott before deciding on a florist, and my husband and I were very impressed with Scott’s professionalism and expertise. He was one of the few florists we reached out to who suggested meeting in person. During the meeting, we showed inspiration photos to Scott. My husband and I know nothing about flowers, and Scott was able to understand exactly what we were looking for through the photo inspiration. Scott also worked with our budget and helped us find ways to reuse arrangements from our church ceremony at our reception to help with cost. Anything we asked for, Scott was able to meet our requests. Additionally, Scott is reliable and highly responsive. He always answered our inquiries timely and worked closely with our wedding planner. He dropped off and set up our flowers on time the day of our wedding. The flower arrangements Scott created were absolutely stunning. We were so happy with the result, and he created exactly what we were looking for and exactly what we had discussed in our meetings. We would highly recommend Scott!

Last year when I started planning my wedding, I had no clue where to start. I knew I wanted real flowers so I started looking for florists in the Tampa area. I came across Apple Blossoms, and sent an email requesting some information. I received an email back within a day with more information than I knew what to do with. We set up an appointment with Scott who was so helpful and really knows his stuff! Throughout the whole year Scott and Ron were there to help answer any questions I had while I was planning my wedding. They were so professional and their prices are great too! The day of my wedding Scott delivered all of my bridal parties bouquets and booteniers to our hotel room. Every encounter I had with Scott was AMAZING and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so glad we chose Apple Blossoms to be our florist for our wedding. These guys really know what they are doing when it comes to weddings!

My parents had their 50th wedding anniversary so they renewed their vows at the beach. My mom found the most outstanding, gorgeous, delicate, fashion, beautiful bouquet with Apple Blossom. They went the extra mile by making it custom from an example they had, they drove to a supplier to find a special flower that will go with it (their idea), just to get it right. The service was spectacular, top of the line, relaxing and caring. The bouquet was one definitely one of the WOW factors of this beautiful event. My mom was in the clouds. They made her a tiara, an arrangement for my dad and all of it for a very good price. The prices are better than a simple bouquet from the competition. We were so lucky to find them, it is definitely a place I will go back and I suggest to everyone.

I called today to get a bridal bouquet & boutonniere created & delivered today for a last minute home wedding. Just by sheer luck the owner Scott answered the phone, advised not only would he go to the market to get fresh rose's but make them himself & deliver them all before the wedding!! He emailed a photo of the flowers & receipt to me, plus called the bride-to-be to let her know her delivery arrived. He gave awesome suggestions but also listened to my requests. His creation matched my vision exactly!! Scott is a miracle man & a wizard with flowers!! Plus the price was extremely reasonable based on what he created. Thank you Scott for helping me make dreams come true for a very special friend on her wedding day!! I highly recommend their services!!

As an existing florist in New Hampshire we are constantly asked to work with florists around the United States. Today we have the chance of working with Apple Blossoms and it was a wonderful experience! Our customer was sending to her elderly mother who was afraid to answer the door for a stranger and the driver knew this and gave us a call to let us know that he left the arrangement outside. He was kind and aware that whomever was inside was either uncomfortable or hard of hearing. Our customer loved this kind and courteous approach and so did we. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience for everyone involved along with some very beautiful floral designs.

He created our fairytale wedding and I am forever indebted to him for making my white orchid dreams come true. He listened to what I wanted, understood my vision, and executed it PERFECTLY! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Scott and Apple Blossoms. I had a small home wedding, and was looking for a petite bouquet and boutonniere and some loose flowers for decorations. I sent Scott pictures of what I was looking for, and he absolutely delivered. The flowers were so beautiful, and these pictures don't even do them justice. My husband had to pick up the flowers since I was at work, and I really appreciated that Scott packaged up the bouquet really well in a cup that was glued to a box so it wouldn't get crushed in transit, which I was worried about since I wasn't able to pick them up myself. That little touch was so appreciated!

Scott and his team are amazing, they truly stepped in to help save the day when my outdoor wedding ceremony was expecting rain last minute. He turned the inside reception area into what felt like a beautiful garden so I could still enjoy that outdoor feeling (but even better without the humidity!). He and his team also stepped in when my cake vendor let me down and forgot to bring stands for the cupcakes/cake, Scott let us use his own stands for no charge, I definitely recommend working with Apple Blossoms they truly did an amazing job and made my day incredibly beautiful.

Incredible! Highly recommend. Was supposed to take our 4 years old Goddaughter to Disney and she caught a virus so we had to cancel. She was so disappointed we weren't going. We called Apple Blossoms and spoke to Ron. So polite. Explained what happened and could they get anything remotely close that would give the impression of Disney's Movie Frozen (her favorite movie). The made a beautiful arrangement and included a tiara. She felt like a Princess. Apple Blossoms clearly gave our Goddaughter the WOW Factor!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! Scott was the florist for my wedding, and my tiny Covid wedding ceremony and did a wonderful job! He was so nice and helpful and made wonderful suggestions which I really appreciated as someone who had no idea what they wanted with regards to flowers. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and he comes up with this cardboard box and cup contraption that makes it so easy to transport the flowers without ruining them! I've had multiple people tell me that they loved the flowers at my wedding and I attribute it all to Scott and his wonderful work!

This past Valentines day I was having a hard time finding the right flowers for my wife, because she likes peonies and they're almost impossible to get this time of year in FL. I must have called every shop in Tampa before I found Apple Blossoms. Not only did they have what I was looking for, but they created a beautiful bouquet that my wife adored. I can't remember the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was very knowledgeable and gave me great customer service. In summary, I highly recommend Apple Blossoms!

Scott was just amazing to work with! I had my wedding this weekend and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I envisioned. I took home as many as I could possibly carry with me and they still look great. Scott was very accommodating, honored any and all of my requests and he was always responsive. His pricing was reasonable considering the quality I received. I would highly recommend! I also appreciated the rental he provided, it saved me from having to hire another vendor. My family and I are from New York state. Our cousin in Florida passed away about week ago. I picked Apple Blossom Floral Designs because of the many positive reviews and I am so happy I called them! Scott was a huge help and the arrangement was gorgeous!!! Even with the flower shortage happening around the country, the designers were able to put together something beautiful for the service! My fiancé and I have set our wedding date 2 years out but wanted to start crunching numbers since our wedding guest list is over 300. I had called Apple Blossoms and spoke with Robert whom told me that I was planning too far out and shouldn't be inquiring regarding numbers. While I am well aware that numbers can change, I wanted a general number to plan my wedding budget accordingly. He was absolutely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Would never recommend this florist to any of our friends and family in Tampa.

Yes! I needed an arrangement sent to a friend in Tampa. Being it is Mother's day week could not get it done from a florist here in Gainesville. I ordered an arrangement for my fiance's birthday. I was planning on having it delivered on her birthday next week, but saw that they could deliver today (since I was certain she was working from home today). The flowers were delivered within two hours of my placing the order on line and my fiance was delighted by the surprise! I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I spoke with Scott and he asked me to send him pictures of inspirations and he’d get back to me with a quote. Sent pictures and it’s been OVER a month and have not heard anything back. Have messaged him and Nothing. Not very professional AT ALL. I’d hate to hire him then him be MIA day of wedding like he is now. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Dropped into Apple Blossoms around lunch time to have some flowers delivered to a friend in the hospital. Scott not only sent my friend a gorgeous arrangement of flowers, but he called the hospital twice to get the right information for delivering them. Plus, they delivered them before 3pm the same day!
