I took my tired looking sapphire and diamond ring that I’d had for 20 yrs to Regina at Anthony’s in Mt Ommaney and inquired about having the ring remodelled. Regina greeted me with her warmth and genuine smile. I gave instructions on how I’d like the new ring set but I wasn’t sure I of what design I wanted. Regina was thrilled I’d chosen her shop to come to first and she brought out one or two rings from the display. I saw one I liked and tried it on.I knew straight away that’s the one I wanted my new ring to be like.. Regina was listening and watching my reactions and said she’d draw the ring as best she could from my instructions as to how I’d like he ring to look. She paid attention to every detail and it assured me she understood what I was wanting in the new ring. She quoted me the cost of getting the work done and I was happy because I knew I could trust her to design and deliver my long awaited updated ring. I agreed to leave my old one with it’s beautiful sapphire and tiny diamonds for Anthony’s to remodel. I paid the deposit and Regina told me the job would take 6 weeks to complete along with other jobs already booked. Sure enough six weeks later Regina called me with the good news I’d been waiting patiently for. When I saw my new ring I was gobsmacked how stunning it was. More beautiful than I’d expected even. I can’t explain but it was more grand and the setting highlited the sapphire to be so much more than it looked in its old setting. Because my tiny diamonds couldn’t be matched well enough with the addition of 8 more to complete the setting Anthony’s offered and agreed to use all their diamonds to ensure a perfect colour match. What’s more Regina said it would cost no more than the initial quote. The company would make the ring for the said price even though they had added 8 small diamonds to replace the ones from the old ring. My remodelled ring is now a unique masterpiece. I love it and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Anthony’s and especially Regina with her knowledge and experience to match her warm enthusiasm. Thankyou so much.

(Mt ommaney store) Nice unique jewellery, but I will not be back to this specific store due to the (attempted) sales experience I had. There was a necklace I had my eye on for a while and the day I went in to enquire and try it on, the male sales person I spoke with was just so unrelatable and impractical in the sales he was trying to make. It was clear I knew exactly what I was looking for - but they only had the option on display In yellow gold. He said they could get it in white gold but when he realised they couldn't tried to say there was another one they could which would look identical to the one he was showing me - only thing is the other one he was suggesting was $3.5k where as the one I was looking at was $600. I just found it ridiculous how unrelatable and fake he was saying the $3500 would give the same look as the one I was looking at for $600...well I said if that's the case why on earth would I pay almost $3k more for a necklace that is "almost identical" . When i said this, he quickly back peddeled and tried to go in a differerent sales pitch direction. I just found this sales tactic so fake and unrelatable and will not be back to the shop due to this. Leaving this review for feedback to the store/sales person. Most people know what they are looking for in a piece of jewellery, the sales person should be there to help them find what they're looking for - and not just try and upsell them to something completely different - especially when it is more than 5 times the the price of something which is "pretty much identical"

Bought eco-drive watch reduced in price because back of watch was scratched but was assured the watch came with full warranty and was given one. Watch fit me exactly and I have a small wrist, ask about extra links but they didn't have them. Loved the watch so got it. Within 12 months it lost time and then stopped operating. I checked out the paperwork which was given to me in an envelope, found it to have no returns written on the paperwork. I enquired at a local jeweller and was told the watch should operate at least five years before needing attention so they kindly sent it to Citizen with copy of warranty. It Is costing $144 to fix.I have had $50 watches last a lot longer. Not sure it was a brand new watch???

We just received our custom Ceylon sapphire and diamond engagement ring from Milind and the Mount Ommaney team - it's absolutely stunning and beautifully crafted! Milind was amazing throughout the whole process - he really guided us so we understood each of the choices we were making (from how the ring would sit and feel, to what we needed to consider for an everyday piece to have the most longevity and choices around the stones themselves). He made the whole process much less intimidating, and provided a really personal touch. The stones are the perfect shade of blue, I can't stop smiling when it catches my eye in teh light! Anthonys Fine Jewellery Mount Ommaney is the diamond in the rough. Searching for my engagement ring was made easy at Anthonys, not only did they help plan my design, they educated me on diamonds and outsourced from overseas to ensure i was happy with the end product. The level of professionalism and care they provided put my mind at ease and they even had enough confidence in their product that they dared me to find one better elsewhere. Spoiler alert, i couldn't. Though their entire team was a delight to deal with, i primarily dealt with Chase and Milind and couldn't be happier with the service provided.

My boyfriend and I recieved excellent customer service by Kate. Kate's professionalism, extensive knowledge of the products and willingness to meet our needs was excellent. Kate's suggestions were very helpful, she answered all our questions and didn't try to force a sale on us like ALL the other jewellery stores did. We asked if they were able to work with an external fascitor who would provide stone(s) and Anthony's is more than happy to work together with us. I highly recommend this store - you could tell straight away that the employees really care about meeting their customers' needs.

The staff at Mount Ommaney were amazing. I dealt mostly with Milind who helped me turn my design into reality. The ring I got was almost exactly what I had wanted, the only chages were ones for practicality. Milind was amazing, he called me with updates regularly, and he even got my ring back to me two weeks earlier then expected so I could wear it at my engagement party. The other staff were equally great and friendly, always remembering things about my personal life that I had shared. Most importantly, the ring is stunning and so unique. I will be back for my wedding band!

Rachel was very helpful with our purchase of a diamond. Rachel’s friendly manner put us at ease. The different categories of diamonds was explained fully and professionally. Rachel helped select a ring with a perfect setting for the diamond. Rachel set up a meeting with another member to help with the design for my wedding band so that it suited the design. Rachel is to be highly commended. The feeling from everyone in the shop is friendly and welcoming. The bottle of champagne was a lovely touch as the purchases are for our 40th wedding anniversary.

I sent an email with some questions about a pair of diamond earrings and Milind called me back very promptly to go through the answers. I purchased the earrings then and there and Milind organised delivery of the earrings as I am not in Brisbane.
