I just went into the Carindale store to get my chain clasp repaired. The chain held my mums ashes and due to the broken clasp I’ve now lost the pendant. The chain itself cost approx $1,000 and was purchased under a year ago. This year I’ve spent over $20k - including 1 ring, the design of a new ring, the chain that has broken and some ornaments. I was told that they usually fail because of not regularly cleaning the chain - which I do get done at both the Carindale and Indooroopilly store. To charge someone to replace a faulty clasp - for an expensive piece of jewellery which was regularly cleaned by the company I purchased it from is not ok I walked out bawling and won’t be back

Lovely people and beautiful jewellery however I would not recommend them for resizing of rings. Paid my deposit (half of the price) to have a ring left to me by my late grandfather resized to my size. Was told it would be up to 3 weeks. On week 4 I called them to find out what was happening and the ring was ready to be picked up the next day. When I picked up my ring they had resized it to the wrong size and was told it would take another 3 weeks to be fixed. They did cooperate with the return of my ring and the refund of my money however it did waste my time and now I have to find someone else to get the job done.

Anthony’s is one of the best and most trustworthy places to handle my jewellery. I love that their work is handmade and they only have one of two items of each design. The ladies are incredibly friendly. They have also restored and resize some of my rings and the work has been fantastic. When handling diamonds, they take their time to value your items and ensure It’s handle with care. Their client service is friendly and patient, even when I have my own design for them to do and they keep you in the loop. You will get a call to let you know when things are done. I appreciate the service. I highly recommend them.

I was after something very specific and hesitant to get it custom made due to bad stories I had heard. After searching around and not finding what I was after Vanessa from Anthony's at Carindale convinced me to get my pendant custom made. I'm am so happy with how it turned out and my girlfriend loves it. They helped me all the way through the design process, and when I thought it wasn't going to arrive on time for our anniversary they assured me it would and it arrived just on time and looks beautiful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something that they just can't find anywhere else.

I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. It was a challenging journey for us to find our perfect wedding rings until we visited Anthony Fine Jewellery by chance. We were convinced by the unique design and were completely fall in love with the beautiful actual pieces of wedding rings. Rachel and her team were very professional, helpful and friendly who have assisted us to find our right pair of wedding rings that is both stunning and within our budget. My partner and I had a stone that we were wanting made into an engagement ring. Anthony's helped us select our design and size. After 6 months of wear, a prong had snapped. When I contacted Anthony's I was offered a small discount to have repaired and they told me due to the design it really is only a ring that can be worn to dinners. Given this was our engagement ring, and seeking support from specialists,im sad that no one mentioned this to us when we were in the design stage. We are now out of money and having to have the entire ring re made. Really disappointed and felt very dismissed.

Too often can you walk into an establishment and receive less than satisfactory customer service, this is not the case at Anthonys Fine Jewellery Carindale. Danielle, Amy and Dandan will make you feel welcome walking through the door until the time you leave. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. This is the first review I have ever left for anywhere and may possibly be the last, these ladies deserve it and your business. Don't look past this place if you are looking for something, I will definitely be returning. Apologies if I've misspelt any of your names! :D

My husband wanted to buy me some earrings for me this year as a surprise. I went and shopped around at some other high profile jewellery stores before hand but settled on Anthony's Hourglass at Carindale. I received amazing service from Gai who was very knowledgeable about the jewellery and explained all the technical aspects about weight, clarity and how Anthony's source their stones. This is an amazing place for jewellery and Gai was very professional and kind when explaining the pieces to us. We thank her very much for her service .

I have been in customer service for over 30 years and the experience my wife and I had with Eva was exemplorary. We went into the store unsure how to celebrate our 40th anniversary and Eva was patient, very skillful and after looking at many single rings we ended up with a combination set she presented that my wife fell in love with. We picked up the first of two rings today (ruby & diamond for our anniversary) and will patiently wait for the second (diamond) when it is finished. Thank you Eva and Anthonys Fine Jewellery.

Really unimpressed with the service that has been provided by Anthony’s, firstly specifically asked for the date of delivery to be day prior to wife’s 50th Birthday, then rang to verify if there again today, advised that she would get back to me where delivery was at. I would not have chosen Anthony’s if the delivery could not be met. Would not recommend. Steve Addit: I’m please to say that whilst the pendant was late Anthony’s did compensate for the error, so thank you.

Lovely ladies in store (particularly Danielle) and probably great to just purchase premade jewellery from, but can’t recommend for repairs. You don’t get to talk to any of jewelers themselves and I’ve found communication to be unreliable - for both timing of completion of works and job specifics. If you have a repair job, I recommend going to a independent jeweler directly. It will be cheaper, quicker and in my experience better quality.

Absolutely amazing service, Anthony’s fine jewellery helped me find the perfect engagement ring, and guided me through the process of designing the ring. They clearly explained everything to me and ensured that the ring was exactly what we’d imagined! Jaci at the carindale store served me on my last visit to Anthonys, Jaci was very helpful and kind helping me find a special gift for my parents. I would recommend visiting the carindale store as it’s beautifully presented, the staff are patient and lovely and the jewellery is unlike any thing you will see in the other jewellers - one of a kind and unique. I got my wedding ring which I got made at Anthony’s replated with rhodium. The service was exceptionally polite and quick. I loved getting my receipts and paperwork online rather than having to worry about losing a piece of paper with my order number. I had my wedding band made here and it didn’t fit. I was charged for the resize, which I don’t think is right given the sizing was done in store. I have had a few rings made and repaired and always been happy otherwise.
