When I drive in the sign board says it's $1.22 After I've filled the fuel and walked in to make the payment the staff memeber said it was changed to 1.66 which I dint pay attention when I'm filling the fuel this is absolute garbage the way the staff member said it he can't help it and he don't care about them clearly shows how much Caltex care for their customers and I've paid 21 dollars extra than what I thought ...the 7/11 right next them is far better than this and with better service and price it's mistake too choose these guys will never do that mistake again

Go there each time I get fuel. Not anymore. First time being served by a male employee there. Who was more focused on chatting than serving. He completely ignored me and gave me the dirtiest look when I mentioned that I would’ve liked to be served. That arrogance and ignorance is completely unacceptable, I work in retail and know that good service is everything for a business to keep operating. So if you’d like to stay open and successful then get employees with better attitudes.

Tonight's graveyard(20th morning) lady had a big attitude. She didn't put a notice on the door to use the night window. When I asked her that she totally ignored it with an attitude. Very unprofessional. She didn't even have a name badge. So I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. Customer service is not the job for her. It's a shame to gove one star because all the other workers were very good.

The 98 petrol flows far, far too slowly. It then ran out on the pump I was at(no warning, just stopped). When I mentioned this to the cashier she just shrugged, like a kind of 'meh' shrug. Inconvenient exits as I needed to be able to turn Right to get to the train station. Yes I know... I went Left then around the roundabout.

As a Forest Lake resident of almost 30 years, we have been regular customers throughout that time. The staff turns over regularly with new faces every few months. Recently a few of the pumps have had malfunctioning pre-set dollar settings which is frustrating. However, overall we continue to be loyal customers!

Such cheerful and welcoming staff. I think it was Sharon who served me - wished me a lovely evening as I left. The other staff member is who usually serves me (so sorry I don’t know her name)… and she is always up for a chat and happy! So glad I have such a great service station on my way home.

Donnie (the manager) has really bad customer service skills and needs to be retrained. I was with my kid, and she made the experience really difficult. She's super rude and inconsiderate, rolling her eyes and profiling customers. I'm never going to Ampol again.

Some of the worst staff you would come across ever.. Both staff members working mostly evenings together (both lady's) are rude, distinguishing and outrageously arrogant. Do yourself a favor and don't get served by these lowlifes.

Great staff that helps you when needed, but I do find them 2 cent dearer than other petrol stations because of the 4 event vouchers from your shopping in fact it only 2 cents cheaper not the 4 cents they say you get.

Very poor phone communication... Asked the guy to tell me the fuel price & he hung up on me. I really needed to know coz I couldn't check online due to internet connections at my end.

There was only one person on duty and was required to help sn elderly customer outside which meant quite a wait to get the petrol pump to be actioned. Very demanding elderly customer.

The prices are excessively high and there is no necessity or reason for it you can certainly do much better purchasing items from nearby supermarkets or other places

Great customer service , had a older lady serve us with most polite service and experience on 26/4/21 due to her service will be back & recommend this servo

Standard servo. The days are gone where the attendants the service station did just that, check oil, clean windows, fill up for you.

It's a service station, but most things are overpriced and unnecessarily so. Nothing special or particularly good about this store

It's a shame the tyre pump wasn't working the last time I went there on 1/2/17. But the customer services was good.
