After sending an email about the eftpos outage last weekend, I was less than impressed by Grant the manager. Part of my email was that after doing a manual funds transaction, I did not get my 4c Woolworths discount. I felt he just fobbed me off. I know that it is worth only a few dollars but if I was short a few dollars in paying for fuel, the police would be called for stealing. It is the principal of not caring, that I was short changed. I’m sure that there was something that the manager Grant could have done to make things right.

Whoever is on night shift around 11pm of the 2/10/2023 needs a new job!! This so far was the worst customer service experience as the man on the counter had the worst attitude and worst customer service for no reason!!! He was absolutely terrible!!! Get another job if you are unhappy!!! Ampol needs to reconsider his employment and let him goooo he is shocking in the worst possible way.

I've been to this new ampol a couple of times. I'm having difficulty combining using the app for the introductory 6c/litre discount and paying in the shop. So atm I'm paying at the bowser. This disappoints because I'm concerned Ampol and other chains will slowly take the majority of cash from cards at the bowser, therefore reducing the workforce. This is what occurs in the States

The guy that works in early morning is real rude like he doesn't want buisness ,,I always ask him what smokes I want and he says we don't sell them but I get them there all the time ,,the lady that works at night at least she is polite and sells me the right smokes ,,but him must be losing you customers as I see some walk away if he is working after he is real rude

Customer service in Australia has come to this. Guy working at 2am on the 31/02/21 looks at me in awkward silence holds the ATM machine up for payment more awkward silence I continue to stand there awkwardly to see if he will at least confirm the payment?? Eventually he gives me a thumbs up with a blank expressionless look on his face then awkwardly walks away.

ASK 4 PUMPS WITH CORRECT $ I thought showing right prices until at Bowser a few cents diff - asked lass & was told # 5 & 8 were lower $ after I bought Disheartening but .. …

The most interesting thing about this place is that the customer service people speak english very very fast. They do not let you to answer their questions …

Gee whizz guys, what can I say? This is the best god damn servo in the universe. Open 24hrs, friendly staff & frozen oak. Oh man, I tell ya, it's a damn fine servo.

I stop in aound midnight to fill up after work. I wait for what seems an eternity for the store clerk to come out of hiding to activate the pump - always.

Good spot to grab the odd items you forgot to get at the supermarket. Good selection of convenience items. Friendly service.

Went there to put air in my tyres .was pleased to find that the air pump actually worked..not so in a lot of places.
