Good response and satisfactory service, however, they get annoyed and angry if you ask them questions regarding the bills, not sure why, it is the customer right. My suggestion is that for any contractor should follow the simple guidelines; log in time in and time out, agree on overtime rates and check for any hidden costs. This should avoid any confusion and disagreements.

Adolfo did an incredible job. He literally saved the day and a life. There was a kitten stuck in a high voltage conduit. Adolfo was very persistent in trying to safely remove the kitten without hurting it and was careful not to damage any of the lines and put everything back with safeguards to prevent it happening again. Excellent work!
