After many years of using this clinic and spending ALOT of money we will no longer be using this place for veterinary care.. Our fur baby Daisy suffers from an ongoing ear infection which requires no more than a repeat dose of medicine to alleviate her discomfort.. However we are expected to pay, with each visit, for a consult AND swabs, for an already pre exisiting diagnosed condition requiring no more than the same medication as prescribed from the last visit.. Forgive me if I am wrong but where is the rights of our beloved family member who doesn’t have a voice of her own and has to suffer unnecessarily as a result of this unethical, money grabbing tactic used by these leaches to extract money from hardworking people such as ourselves and who are already struggling from the high cost of living, and without one ounce of consideration or compassion for our poor suffering Daisy who just needs her ongoing medication..As a result this sort of unscrupulous behaviour needs to be outlawed and a change needs to be implemented in order to prevent such draconian procedures occurring in this day and age..Just give us the required medication for our beloved Daisy!!

We took our beloved family cat into the Aberfoyle vet because he had a scratch in the waterline of his eye. The options given were to pay $880 for surgery, an absurd price which we can’t afford. The other options given were to PUT HIM DOWN or give him away to the RSPCA so they could fix him (but he would have to go to a different home). They insisted the surgery. So instead we ended up only paying for his antibiotics which we gave to him daily and the eye healed on its own without the surgery they insisted on! Complete rip off and their options played on our feelings. After the fact we were hassled with phone calls to get the surgery done and was made to feel as if we weren’t doing good by our pet. Very poor service unfortunately.

I really want to express my heartfelt thankfulness to the whole team for professional, caring and compassionate medication and care for my fur baby. My fur baby (17yr old dog) received the best treatment and support, while my wife and myself received great medical advice that supported and maintained very great quality of her very last stage of life. Barb, Michelle, Erin, Lauren and some other members i couldn't name (so sorry for my poor memory), much appreciate. So lucky that we have a great team of guardian angels for our pets.

*UPDATE* 10/01/2023 We wish to thank Ian, Barb and team for the awesome care and support given to Molly and Baxter over the last 16 years. A special mention to Ian and Lauren for coming out yesterday to help Molly and Baxter cross over the Rainbow Bridge so peacefully and pain free. Have an Akita mastiff x woke me up early, discovered he had ear infection in obvious distress so rang vet at 8am got him seen to at 945 am never been there before. We are from nsw .my boy is a little selective with who he allows to in his space! Staff here had him happy and treated in no time! Highly recommend this practice

Lovely staff couldn't be more helpful. We have a puppy with a couple of health issues and we have been blown away by the support. We also loved going to Puppy school there and our little Lola learnt so much.

The staff here were so wonderful when we had a tooth issue with my greyhound. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to coming back for less dramatic reasons in the future.
