When will retail staff learn that bad service not just reflects badly on their store but all stores in the chain. We walked into the store Sunday morning looking to purchase some t-shirts as we we have done many times before in Melbourne. One staff member ignored us totally and kept chatting to his mate (even though we were less than one metre away chiding T-shirt colours). Although bad not that surprising g these days. What tipped things over the edge was when the guy behind the counter asked how the day going (whilst my partner was trying in the tops) I said I would have walked out long ago as we had been ignored. When I noticed a blank look on his face I asked if he cared about my comment. He said not really. Needless to say we walked out of the Adelaide store pretty quickly promising never to return . Now the question is do we bother going back to another store or put it down to a couple of f-wicks who don’t care about the brand damage they cause?

AS Colour make the best quality basics hands down. I have been buying there stuff for several years now and everything I’ve ever bought has been on point. I have washed some of my T shirts/jumpers literally hundreds of times and they all stay exactly as when I bought them, no stretching or fading whatsoever. Their colours are great and their shipping is super fast. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Excellent customer service that goes above and beyond (Shout out to Nathan in particular). I stuffed up my delivery address and these guys bent over backwards to help me out. Additionally their clothes are great quality, comfortable and, according to the missus, good looking. I’ll be back again soon!

AS Colour have a comprehensive range of colours in T-shirts. Perfect for summer. Staff were very helpful in chasing up availability an out of stock item. I'll be going back next season for more casual pieces.
