Inexperienced staff. I took a day off so I could go to the branch to verify my ID as I couldn’t do it online. When I was served, the staff took about 10 min fiddling the computer and then she made a photocopy of my ID and asked me to go home because no other senior staff could do a verification. You would think it would take less than 5 min to do that? No. I left the branch feeling unsure. I waited for 4 hours but no call from the branch. I call 1800 customer care line and only find out that I have to set up a verbal password at the branch before I can even call 1800 line. I was not told that I needed to set up properly and I had to go back the second time. The staff who served me this time did it promptly. (Truth: my ID was not be verified yet at this stage but the lady did it for me right away). I had to do the same things twice: driving & looking for parking. Had she done it properly in the morning, I wouldn’t have wasted my day off feeling frustrated.

Absolutely disgusting service!! Waited for over 10 minutes whilst 3 workers were sat giggling and mucking around. Once called in, the staff member was very rude and not to mention VERY unhelpful. I suspected a fraud transaction being deducted from my account, as too which I was told I must have made the purchase myself and was very rudely sent on my way. After I done some small investigation of my own, the money was being taken by a major fraud company! THEY DO NOT DO THERE JOBS PROPERLY!! Don't waste your time with ANZ.

What a joke of a branch! I went in to make a deposit, the entire teller area had the cage down with about 7 staff member doing absolutely nothing, telling patrons do make deposits outside in the Ghetto surrounded by drunk bogans! Your situated in Noarlunga, you either serve people inside like a normal establishment, or post security guards at the ATM. Useless.

Excellent service. Immediately on entering I was met and taken to a seat to wait to see someone who could help me. Jordan was available and was friendly and helpful in explaining the process of opening an account. Most impressed.

Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to talk to a real person regarding a straight forward query regarding my account and as a business customer this is not acceptable at all. So much for helping small business. Bad ANZ.

Appalling l! Zero service. Have been waiting in line for 25 minutes. It has not moved. ANZ should have more than 2 staff on a Friday afternoon. Plenty of staff walking around doing stuff all. ANZ branch is run by idiots

I waited all of 10 seconds to be served which was great. When I explained what I needed in a new account, the guy set one up for me immediately. It was all done very quickly and simply, not what I expected from a bank

waited at the front of the queue whilst two staff members stuffed around, when i finally got served the ginger headed bloke was rude af. needs retraining and maybe a punch in the face

Called ANZ support Centre to see if branch was opened on 28/12/21. They said yes it was, but when I took my 93 yo auntie there it was closed. Not happy Jan.
