I am putting this review on 6/6/2020 time between 1:15 am to 1:25 AM . Please check your cameras that your fuel station is open for 24/7 and i came from 5 km drive to refuel my car but your workers are sleeping inside i was souting hey,hello,heyyy . But no one came out on main counter and i went back without refuling . Its really annoying. Very bad service by you

This place has no toilets or place to wash your hands after touching the nozzle that about 1million other people have already touched. Don’t bother going here, instead try shell petrol station 50m after this, just down the road. Better equipped facilities, most times cheaper petrol, and tap area to wash up without even going inside the restroom areas.

I have been going to this 7-Eleven for around 3 years now. I exclusively get fuel here. I can honestly say that Sean on nights is great and always happy to see people. All the other staff during the day have always been friendly. Great place to stop for anything you need.

I would like to applaud the store manager Jack on his tremendous effort today. The store was packed and he was running around like a headless chook and must have been stressed ,yet he still served us all with a smile and had a laugh with us.

I was in severe distress - in need of the toilet. Told no access to toilet. No apology, no other suggestions. Thankfully I made it across the road to the car hire place and was directed straight through, no questions. Very disappointed.

No toilet. Pretty poor considering 7-eleven is supposed to be known for convenience. Had to get son in car and go to the convenient Caltex down the road. Caltex was very nice and had pleasant staff. Wow, cheaper fuel too.

The night time staff was rude as I brought a drink $4.50 that I payed in coins I even counted it for him at which he chucked the coins onto the counter and made a rude little mumble. Not happy at all with the service

I been to this 7 eleven for so many times for fuel or coffee ..excellent Customer service ..Staff is very polite and honest ..keep smiling all the times ..thanx guys …

Adam and all the team members there are amazing! You're always greeted with a big smile and a helpful attitude. Well done all. A stand out team and great customer service!

16/7/2023 sunday12.25pm.... i locked in on my app for fuel on Friday for a price only to get there and normal unleaded pumps are taped off WHAT THA *UCK 7-eleven Tingalpa

Great customer service from the staff and vast improvements since Adam arrived the store manager. The store is far more cleaner and far more welcoming

Not very busy during the day so easy for me to get my lunch and go. New store manager seems to know what he is doing.

Asked why phones can't be used and they didn't know but I do so go do your homework to find out why idiots

The server we just had at 12:38 was lovely and so polite! More workers like him would be everything!

Cleaned my mates windscreen here once. When he was filling up fuel. Good location. Not bad.

The cheapest Diesel around and generally never a problem. Sometimes out of fuel though.
