"we are on vacation here in dallas, a beautiful city, but unfortunately yesterday we found ourselves in a rather painful and unfortunate situation, we are latinos and apparently the woman who attended did not like that, when asking her for an iced coffee, she only pointed to a poster which said that the machine was bad, (we know English), my friend asks her if we can get coffee from the other machine and she is without saying a word, she just points her finger at the poster again, but that poster showed the other machine, Immediately afterwards he began to aggressively yell at us in a defiant tone that the machine was bad, he did not want to help us or serve us in the kind way that we have found in commerce in general in this city, he made us understand his clear annoyance for being Latinos and only I'm talking to yell at us, If you're Latino and want to go shopping at that place, I advise you not to do so"
"If I could leave ZERO stars, I would"
"Ended up frequenting here often over a weekend in which I stayed in the vicinity"
"I walked in and saw the black lady mopping so I paused and hesitated cuz I didn't know what her demeanor would be and started to ask how she wanted me to move since she was right in front of what I came in for and before I could get it out the woman barked "CAN YOU GO AROUND?" at me and then proceeded to badmouth me under her breath cuz I called her out on it"
"Another filthy 7-11"

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I was sold a bag of stale chips. Upon careful inspection of the bag, I discovered a small hole on the side of the bag. To Top it off, my Pure Leaf sweet tea was opened, as it did not have the safety seal on the cap. I immediately contacted the store at the number listed above...the individuals working did not answer the phone. With more persistence, I continued calling, and the individuals who answered, did not greet me, instead they answered the phone in silence. After about 3 minutes of sitting on the phone, with me saying HELLO, I was hung up on. I then called back and received a busy signal. This place has the worst customer service EVER and because of their lack of professionalism, I will no longer frequent their establishment.
Ended up frequenting here often over a weekend in which I stayed in the vicinity. Unfortunately, it was one of the locations open, when I most desperately needed things. And, most desperately I was, if I were to make the trip. The store doesn't feel safe at all, despite the frequent and heightened security presence by the city. It is tight, and small. The aisles can hardly fit a single person, and there is no good place for a reasonable line that doesn't spill into everyone else. It's often overcrowded. It is visually unkempt, and not welcoming, whatsoever. It is not a one star because it's convenient, and as a convenience store serves it's purpose, in moments of need, but it certainly isn't a place you'll love to go...
I walked in and saw the black lady mopping so I paused and hesitated cuz I didn't know what her demeanor would be and started to ask how she wanted me to move since she was right in front of what I came in for and before I could get it out the woman barked "CAN YOU GO AROUND?" at me and then proceeded to badmouth me under her breath cuz I called her out on it. I went back in and threw the wet floor sign onto the floor that was hanging up and said "oh yeah put a wet floor sign down next time" since she's so smart and can't ever be wrong. If it's cleaning time don't bother trying to buy anything. Typical Dallas attitude.
Another filthy 7-11... Advertising cheap cigarettes on the shelf, only to overcharge at register. Ripoff!!! Look at your receipts! Anything they can do to make an extra buck!! Dishonest! Their way of correcting the price, is to temporarily take the shelf price down! Had to report them to the state! Maybe that'll get their attention! Doubt it though. They ALL do it! DISHONEST!!!
Best 7-eleven in all of downtown dallas....especially the professional cashiers at night & the drink machines work the majority of the time...unlike the one near akard station & pearl st station. I would highly suggest this location to visitors to dallas as well as locals. They're also open after 12am when most 7-elevens downtown are closed besides the one on ross st.
This store is not 24 hours and has not been since COVID began. every night they close around midnight and do not open until shortly after 5:00 a.m. I know that they have been updating Google maps to say that they are 24 hours but it is not true. who knows when it will be
One of the friendliest 7-Eleven I've been to. Always have products in stock, lunch items are ways fresh and warm. They allow self serve for the grill items, so it's much quicker than others where you have to ask for assistance. The owners are very nice and polite.
So I came in to get five wings. While the cashier was checking me out, another coworker came by and said something in their language to where I could not understand and was changing the price not only that the five wings were old and cold.
They didn't have much to eat at night, but liquor is sold here. I never seen a 7-11 sell alcohol inside. Also there is a lot of Homeless People hanging around and begging. Is there a Shelter around for these poor people?♀️ …
This 7Eleven place has a $1 cold brew coffee and an amazingly charming and friendly staff. Very casual spot for nearby security/police forces to hang around, so safety is secured :)
Homeless harassing you around the block mixed with a chip card reader system that makes shopping here a nightmare. Twenty attempts for a transaction to go thru is unacceptable
Not Safe! Although they are open 24 hrs so are the street walkers 24 hrs too. The workers are nice but it's not exactly a clean 711 considering the location.
The store itself is fine, good selection of products. The clerks are not pleasant and it's unsafe at night. Lots of homeless people nearby to watch out for.
Store is OK you just has to watch out for the pan handler’s and the homeless people in front of the store
Worse place tell them.to give you your receipt the owner steal from.you they end up lieing about it.
Never coffee ready. Counter-intuitive to a well known coffee place.
Smells worse than a urinal all the time very dirty and not kept up.
Lots of homeless outside but always open If you need something
Coffee refills could be a little cheaper. But otherwise OK.
Just another 711 in downtown that needs to close.
Burnt my sandwich and lied about sending a refund
They always have what I need. Good workers
A decent 7-Eleven and pretty clean.
Convenient, fairly friendly
Always nice and friendly
Owner knows me by name.
Friendly clerk.
