This 7-eleven is run by a team of people who are clearly trying to do their best, but are constantly hounded by shoplifters, bums, and all kinds of crooked people that for some odd reason plague only the lot that the store sits on. When you are nice and smile, the staff will do the same, but you can see that they are on edge from constant arguments with junkies asking to use the bathroom, and shady people that come in to cause trouble. I don't blame the owner/manager and staff for being reserved; I can't imagine how many times a day they have to deal with nasty people (including drunk people from nearby stadiums on weekend games, who leave 1 star reviews bc they screamed at the staff for not letting them use the bathroom lol.) Also, can't blame the store or their staff for a political activist Dallas district attorney who is soft on crime, which allows the panhandlers and bums to bug customers outside. The staff is constantly shooing them out of the store, which sadly is the job of the under-staffed Dallas Police. I go there to get my drinks or gas, and get out. This is a 7-11, not a lounge.

Worst place to ever visit. Staff are rude as heck. They claim that they speak no English and think that they can treat people with no respect. RUDE! This happened last night after the basketball game. I asked if I could use the bathroom.. He yelled at me and said NO. Get out! Meanwhile I was observing another customer arguing with another employee. This place is so dirty and disorganized. I would never ever buy anything from this place. Horrific. Obviously this place does not follow the Southland Corp brand. Damn shame. If I could, I would rate this place 0. This place deserves no rating at all. PERIOD!

This is probably the worst gas station I’ve ever been to. There are so many homeless people outside that want money and are very loud and it feels so unusual. This place is also extremely filthy and dirty, not the place for a casual citizen of Dallas, and especially not a good quick stop for a tourist. I honestly was surprised at how weird and almost how scary this place was.

Unsafe place. Even walking pass this gas station is scary as there are plenty of homeless folks and other shady folks standing in and around this gas station. I want to fill the gas however after looking at situation, I went somewhere else. Community needs to move these folks in shelter or other places so they have better lives.

Used to be a decent 7-Eleven in spite of the neighborhood. Great staff. They recently got bought out and now has rude staff AND security whose job it is to accost paying customers. I won't be shopping there anymore. It'll go the way of the McDonalds that USED to be across the street.

The Store clerk Keke is a rude person. Other clerks told me she doesn’t like to help white people. She even threatened to have the security guard throw me out because she was the only one who was a cashier and really didn’t want to help me. Won’t come be back.

Wider variety of hot fresh food, with a variety of great deals, and finally a new fountain machine! Other than the people outside begging for change (which gets annoying )The experience was pretty good and great the staff was pretty friendly.

They downgrade their own customers act like they are too good to even be at a gas station serving people that's the employees you have there there's like one guy that's awesome I usually see him early in the morning

2nd time having a horrible experience the staff is very rude unhappy people. They had no clue they had a sign that said 10 mini taco's $1 argued with me. When I showed them . She ripped it off .Wow !

location does not offer restrooms to its customers. will be notifying the city of this. they claim they are out of order however its been years since they have used this excuse.

Came here earlier and no one speaks English here apparently and couldn’t answer a simple question on where the nearest toilet is. Gas pumps never carry any receipt paper too.

Unsafe, bad service. Waited in front of the register and the employees just stood there, kept going to the back. Never asked me what I wanted. Then I just walked out.

I've never had a bad experience at this location! The staff is wonderful especially the manager! Boss Lady is the BEST Manager out of ALL the 7-11's I have been to.

1. Restroom out of service for a few months already 2. Rude cashiers, customer service is so bad 3. Stinky 4. Dirty Overall - 0 stars.

Store is not 24hr and whoever runs opening shift do not open on time. 5am is opening not 5:15 this is ridiculous for working people.

Says the store is open 24 hours but apparently they close at 12 and open at 5 . Not very convenient for a convenience store

The staff was very helpful on 711 to our students while on our field trip.
