Amazing service today from Erynne. Really polite and upbeat, making it a stark contrast to my last two visits. Usually horrendous customer service in this store. Almost like the staff want to be anywhere but at work. Today it was a great experience to shop here! Thank you Erynne!

The night shift are rude and when they see you coming in to pay for your petrol they run and hide out the back and let you wait to serve you or they make you wait until they stock the shelves no good when you're on your way to work

Clean neat forecourt and in store. Well stocked with convenience food at convenience store prices, though diesel was 8c/l cheaper than other service stations in nearby suburbs. Respectful and efficient staff member on night duty.

They've become such sales people, less of a petrol station and more sales office. Feel awkward going there now as every time I am prompted to buy something extra, I say no and he tries again and again. Really pushy.

Poor customer service, cold pie, did not apologies for serving cold food. No proper food handing training. Handing both donut for 711 day and cash register.

No public toilet. Avoid if you’re on the road for work. In fact most 7/11 don’t have public toilets so just boycott them all together. Shameful business

The coffee is watery, cold and flavourless. I would not recommend getting coffee here.
