I've been there few times and usually the staff are nice. However, today I was served by an Indian decent lady and was told the EFTPOS machine is not working and I'll HAVE to pay cash. I didn't have enough cash on me and told her I can pay with the cash I've got and come back after an hour to pay with my credit card when the system is back up again. Her reply was she don't know when it will be working and she will wait for me to get money from the ATM even tough I've told her few times that I don't have enough money in my accessible account. I insisted to wait there for her to contact someone to get the issue resolved. The lady eventually called someone and after 20 minutes, the machine was finally working. To my surprise she didn't even apologize for the long wait and made it sound like it to all the customers'(not just myself) fault for not having cash.

Worst Experience ever ....it happened 3 times in a row that whenever I went there to get my free promotional Drink or any stuff through my 7-11FUEL APP they did not have it. Today I was forced to write this matter because I had a freefree coffee in my fuel app which is a part of 7 -11 this month's promotion like U get something free everyday...and guess what they did not have ICED COFFEE as usual.They didn't even offered me anyother coffee so I made a regular coffee for my self ..yes luckily I had a freereg coffee voucher but they denied to accept that voucher. They said we don't take these of vouchers. And we're too rude too. Pathetic Customer Service.

Staff Rude, ignorant and straight out rude..told me that this $4.50 frappe was as full as you get. The big chunks of ice in it was how the frappe is..it literally has big chucks. I buy this espresso frappe once a week it doesn’t have chunks of ice. He told me if I didn’t like it pay for it and leave it at the store but since I had made it I had to pay. I said I’m not fu++ing paying for it as I don’t want half a drink with chunks of ice. He told me I’m a fu••ing idiot and have to pay for it. I asked for his name and manager’s number he said we don’t have to give that information to anyone.

Thought I'd treat my kids and their swimming squad to some Krispy Kreme donuts after training this morning. When questioning about pricing she replied that it is only cheaper to buy them in twos because of the box. How does that even make sense when I can fit 8 in 1 box instead of using 4 boxes. She refused to refund and was straight up rude. Other times I have been in and staff are usually on their phone using ear pods and not caring to address customers too. Customer service 0 out 10.

Add on, it's been a while since my last coffee experience. Today, same guy served me. My coffee was so hot hat my hand was burning , I added another cup. The man tried to charge me another $2. I am sure coffee should not be too hot to touch and burns tongues. Poor service, the guy working was so rude to me, a fly landed on my coffee cup and I got a new one, I tried to explain but he wouldn't listen and charged me double!!! Not going back

Wait around six minutes for the operator to show up at the counter to start the pump. One can understand the operator may need to take a break to go toilet or something, at least put on a back in five sign or something. Not to mentioned the operator acted as he doesn't care about wasting people's time. Thumbs down.

Extremely bad Customer Service by one of the guys and very rude behavior. Reading the comments noticed this guy had been behaving same to all the customers. To @Owner Kindly train the guy to be polite and what actually a good customer service is as your staff reflects the front facing of your store.

Very bad customer service. We been going to this store for nearly three years now, Aditya named team member has always been rude and have 0 customer service. Today's attitude forced us to put a review. On top of that never smile or greet any customer. Wish I could give 0 rating.

The worse customer service ever, the women on duty this afternoon was not helpful at all and gave me incorrect information in terms of the product refund policy and utterly refused to listen properly on my enquiry. I will never recommend anyone to go to this shop at all.

Staff member refused to accept a coffee voucher valid at all 7/11 stores. Disappointed , will never return.also , coffee lids were hidden behind the counter. Will never return.

As per all the 1 star reviews, customer service is non existent. Don’t know 7/11 hiring process, but for most jobs if you are not doing your job, you no longer have a job.

Be very careful of choosing any e service products, they don’t provide refund due to change of mind. They should have posted refund policy in store.
