Use to be my favorite place to go every morning for coffee and gas. Since it was franchised, its gone down hill. I've lived here for both before and after franchise over 30 years. The comparison is night and day. From pristine gas pumps and oil free pavements. To filthy pavements, pumps that bottons dont' work or you can't read, with sticky pavements trash can that are black that should be gray. The entire parking lot stays sticky and dirty. Homeless people begging every morning right at the door. Some trying to pump gas and wipe windows with dirty rags, without asking you. I let the manager know. To no avail. Selling expired food for a quick buck. Poor lighting outside. Horrible compared to how picture perfect it use to be. When Mr 7/11 franchised out his brand , he sold out his Quality, Performance, and Good Customer service. I dont go there anymore to avoid being harrassed by bums. The store use to look just like the one's on TV. Most of the stores in my zipcode are just like this one. I have to go north to go to a nice one. Signed From Riches to Rags........Perhaps a good decision , but no accountability. I hope the check in the bank isnt your only focus, cause it sure feels like it.

The air pump was not working. But didnt have a sign to warn or tell us customers anything. I went inside to ask for my 1.50 back and the 2 employees who where there couldnt assist me by wither manually turning on the machine or giving me my money back. I asked if I could just exchange for a soda and got declined. They offered to give me the number to the manufacturer of the machine. Claiming it was not 711 property so there was nothing they could do. Even tho it was covered with 711 logos and stickers

Every time I come to fill up my tank on my business truck this person at the cash register always doing some idiotic thing like putting my $ at the wrong pump or wrong amount of $, second came to buy a case of water and trying to sell it to me for $12.78. I just stopped coming here for same reasons. Can someone please do something about this dude? This is ridiculous. I’ll post a picture of him so you can see whom I’m speaking about.

Gas was $2.27 ... when I got to the pump to pump gas I noticed the price was 239 but the sign literally said to $2.27 the clerk still wants to charge me to $2.39 even though I was helpful at letting him know it was an issue with their price points ..... not being helpful next time!

This store is the nastiest store I ever been in the restrooms are terrible oh my goodness!!! I better not order any food from this store Poor management, the employees don’t have a chance. Upper management dose not care about the people in this community sad ! …

The worst customer service at this location. The cashier seems to work like a robot, no interaction, not even a smile, hello or thank you. I understand stores are busy and customers can be hard to deal with but rudeness shouldn't be an excuse.

Do not walk in here if you’re white. Employee decided to cook fried chicken instead of help me. Asked him why he was taking so long and he refused my service because of my tone. What do you expect from south dallas gas station employees

This store is always dirty. The hot food was cold and I wanted heat it up in microwave there it was super nasty. The Male employee laughed. I understand it 711 on every block but is this what its representing. Very disappointed.

This is my favorite 7/11 ever. The staff is so kind and helpful. Thank you for keeping it clean, having non-expired food and for the fresh coffee every morning. I really appreciate you all >3

Trash all over the floor, bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels and the bathroom floor was wet and gross. Also the refrigerator case was full of mold if you looked behind the drinks.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was very helpful and store was exceptionally clean! My Family and I stopped here on the way to dallas, will definitely be coming back!

It's ok as long as you mind your business and just only get some snacks and sodas but other then that watch out for the drunken nasty looking men that be in the area...

I came here at 12:20am on Wednesday to use the restroom and maybe buy something. The door was locked and the store worker was standing outside and told me to go away.

Stopped at this location when traveling very dirty and very rude female worker. Never will consider stopping at 7-11 stores in Dallas again.

The staff are very sweet, and amazing people. You don't see that alot these days in customer service.
