The employee african man was so rude i was in so much pain he was very disrespectful to me acted very prejudice said he was going to charge me $0.25 per creamer that I put in my coffee I put a couple in my pocket because I was hurting too bad I needed to go sit down in the car he was very very rude yelling across the store customers was looking at him like he was crazy he needs fired I will never ever go back to that store and I was going every morning for coffee drove out of my way to go to that 7-Eleven never again and he overcharges you when you have a free coffee on your 7-Eleven app he takes the money and don't give me your free coffee have to fight to get it I've heard other people talk about him and said they won't go in the store if he's working 7-Elevens going to lose a lot of business and you should not be cursing and treeting peaple like their homeless I have more in my purse then he'll have in his pocket in a month i had 100 dollar pants on a 125 dollar hoodie i will not stop untill something is dune im going to start going to qt to get mine and my familys breakfast and lunch alot of days we would eat there 3 times a day but no more qt cheaper anyway and better food

Pump 4 stole gas from me and when I confronted the manger he called me a liar and refused to look at the pump or camera I paid for $20 when I picked the pump up off the holder an pushed the button for the midgrade gas it started without me pushing the trigger the numbers started rolling but no gas was coming out remember i hadnt even made it to the gas tank or pulled the trigger an the numbers were rolling wen I went in an told the employee he said he would reset the pump so he only put 19.59 on it. WHAT!!! I never got the first .41 so I went back in their and thats when the mgr walks up an immediately calls me a liar I refuses to go in their ever again and im going to report the mgr an the pump number

I shop at 7 elevens all the time. This 7 eleven has the POOREST CUSTOMER CARE. THERE IS A EMPLOYEE THERE THAT STANDS OUT.HE IS VERY MEAN SPIRITED. HE SPEAKS TO EVERYONE RUDELY.FROM THE TIME YOU ENTER THE STORE TIL THE TIME YOU GO OUT YOU FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN HE IS THERE. I WAS FORCED TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY IN ORDER TO RECIEVE CASHBACK.After speaking with the owner you would think someone would at least apologize for my bad experienced I was given a case number as if i was making a police report. Called back to follow up. no returned call. 7 ELEVEN ME THIS ONE SHOULD CEASE TO EXIST. BUT I ONLY HAVE A OPINION. BUT NO MORE MONEY HANDLING FROM ME. I AM 7 ELVEN

I love Aaron the cashier, but the manager (the older Black guy) is RUDE! The way he speaks to the staff gives this place a very bad taste. There's also a young Caucasian woman who works here who is very nice. She works in the afternoons. She doesn't make you feel like she's just ringing up any old other person. She's attentive and polite. If it weren't for these two cashiers, I would've given this place a zero. BTW, what happened to the other owners and staff? Perhaps they sold this store or just moved on to another location. They were just not there one day and never came back. Now, they were good people.

I just bought the wings 10 for $5 on my way to work and they are still the bone is frozen in the middle I want my refund I'm trying to call the store nobody's picking up but I have to go to work but I will return at 2:30 and demand my refund!! I stopped every morning the food is normally good but today was horrible

Nice clean place, good food, great service! I love all the staff that works here, but my favorite of the staff has to be Christian! Not only is he funny, he is kind to everyone, very sweet, kind, generous, offers help to people that need it without them having to ask for it, over all, a awesome sense of humor!

I came to the store and I was walking to the door the older black heavy set employee looked at me shook his head and hurried around the corner. I was trying ask what time did they close because I usually stop by after work and it is open. He was being rude and didn't even hear my question .

A very unprofessional worker stole my money and the manager didn't want to give me my money back or the worker also had some other people come in atm stole their money and the workers were unprofessional didn't try to help them either so ended up having to dispute to get my money back

Worst company but this store is the 4th one I have to rate as rude . Do not spend your money with this company at all they only hire non Americanstop and we keep funding this #1 terrorist organization been funding people they should deport first forever.

The store isn't open 24 hours. I've stopped by a few times these past few months and there's always someone there but they will not open the door or acknowledge that you want to buy something. The employee's stand there and gesture that they aren't open

This is the worst 711 in the history of stores. Never fresh coffee in the morning. And the rudest clerks ive ever met. Ive made 6 corporate calls on them in 1 year. And 1 911 call for having a terrible gasoline spill that they refused to clean up.

The last 3 times I've been to this store the employee is standing outside smoking a cigarette & says that their closed. If they close every night then why do they advertise that their open 24/7!
