Couldn't get a cup of coffee. They assumed that I was someone who came in and stole a pack of donuts. I'm a working person. I have never stolen anything. I had never been in this particular store until a week ago. I was able to go in there

I was here at 1am, I filled the gas tank, it charged me more than 20 gallons, when I started my car I only had 3/4 of gas... they stole 1/4 of it, $25 dollars!!!!! The machine does not have paper to give the receipt and the store is closed

Update: This 7 Eleven is very clean but the customer service is the same. Indifferent employees. I love 7 Eleven coffee and I shop across DFW locations. I dislike this location because of the lack of friendliness or warmth from employees.

Due to an employee error when processing my card, i was asked to move pump station in the middle of afternoon peak hours if i really want to pump gas instead redoing the whole transaction or trying the register next to that one. The two

The staff can be rude at times, but some are genuine and very helpful. I visit here very often and will keep coming, but there is another new gas station just down the street; it may be just as close to my home. I wonder if they smile

No, the restrooms of all 7-Elevens are not closed because of COVID-19. Just the ones that are understaffed or with lazy employees. I'll be taking my snack and fuel purchases to a Quiktrip or Racetrack in the future.

I go there because it’s close enough but its my last time. Gave them many chances customer service sucksssss It’s sad that I have to write this but people need to know. Also if you change your hours update online.

There’s always something going on at this location so just keep your eyes open and be very careful. I wouldn’t linger around for too long because like I said there’s always something going on.

Why does it say it open 24/7 but every time I come to the store after 2:00 AM with a certain guy working there he closes the store and lock it. He clearly see people but just say they close.
