If I could give them zero stars I would. They close at 8 PM but don’t you dare think of going in there anytime after 7 PM,. I showed up at 7:02PM with one load of laundry to do. As I was putting my laundry in the machine I was approached by a man and a woman. The man proceeded to tell me that they close at 8PM and that I could not wash my one load of laundry. I let him know politely I was only washing one load and that it would be done in under an hour. I asked him how long does one load normally take to wash and dry (even though I know the answer) he said about 40 minutes. I said I definitely have enough time I’ll have everything done in under an hour. He replied with NO I still need to “clean up” and that he worked a “long day”,. He then laughed at me! I told him politely I did not appreciate him laughing at me and that I would leave and for him to please leave me alone. At this point the woman walked away but he proceeded to come closer, stand over me and watch me as I took everything out of the washer. He was deliberately trying to look down my shirt and being super creepy the entire time,. I was only ever polite and never rude. I’m never returning to this place.

washed my clothes and at 7:13pm they were pushing me out of the door… They don’t close until 7:30pm. I felt extremely rushed… The lady was watching over me while i took my clothes out of the dryer, and the man said “go home” and smiled… language barrier or not, it was all extremely rude. and to top everything off, at 7:20 I was rolling my cart to my car to put my clothes in, and she literally FOLLOWED me to my car and was watching me unload. Finally I turned around and said can you move? she said i need that cart… i said i know what you need please, back up! overall…..needless to say I’m never going back

I've gone here twice, it is close to my house but run-down. There are spots on the ceilings from leaks and there are always washers and dryers that are out of order. The one positive is that the prices are fairly cheap. I also noticed on my last visit that it smells a bit like sewage or something.

Super clean store store and washers and dryers. Way more clean than the other laundromats in the area. Averages about 0.75 cents to about a 1.00 cheaper than other laundromats in this area. Overall a great little and hidden laundromat that I was pleasantly surprised to find. Definitely recommend

I apperciate the clean facility and free dryer sheets didnt get the attendants' name but i am grateful to have stopped by his place of service i am a strange here in Seattle but simple gestures like this make me feel at home thanks guys. sorry no outside pics you gotta look forem in da cutt

The lady who runs this place is really friendly. The place is Vietnamese so use your Google translator to ask her simple questions like "do you sell soap?" or "how late are you open too?" I found out that this place was open on Christmas 2017, which was a benefit to me at the time.

Very clean and most of the machines worked. Going there as a single woman, wasn't too bad during the day. But their entrance way is kind of inconvenient on foot.

Some of the machines work and some don't. Could be cleaner and better well kept. The review reflects my independent opinion.
