What an amazing parc Easy to reach by metro line no 3. Prices are different during weekdays and weekend/holiday days. Weekend at 350RMB pp discount for elderly and children. So it might turn out to be a somewhat expensive day trip, however, worth it. What a beautiful parc. Best to start with a gondel trip to get a good impression of the parc. Directions are overall very well indicated. You will need a full day to see all. Lots of places to sit dow and relax. Also plenty of restaurants and snack/drink stalls. Food bit pricey. The parc is very well maintained, animals have plenty of space and are very well looked after. They have a special white tiger program and also a special panda program to protect these endangered species. The tiger cubs are amazing. There is an option to buy special tickets to also visit one of the other theme parks that are located next to the Safari park but that would for sure be too to do in one day. Hopefully you will Enjoy as much as we did.

Probably the most worthwhile time we spent in Guangzhou. This is definitely worth a visit as long as you're not opposed to the concepts of zoos in general. It's hard to plan out a good route to take here that's not circuitous but try to make a general path where you can get on the tram and also take the cable cars back (not for those with fear of height or fear of losing your phone to a fall). The tiger collection is huge, and there's some adorable baby tigers, some koalas and a monkey enclosure with a rat infestation problem.

Actually a really cool zoo with a great aerial tram with nice habitats with lots of room for the animals. The animals seemed active and visible. So many zoos have animals that seem lethargic and depressed but here the monkeys were swinging and the elephants splashing in the water. They have a bunch of pandas too.

Expect to spend the whole day if you want to experience all the attractions inside. Lots of restaurants and good signage. It's best to visit off peak when there isn't a lot of people so you can get enough time to visit the animals without feeling rushed. Walking distance from the Hanxi Changlong metro station.

This place is massive, we spent 4 hours walking through many of the exhibits and still did not see everything. The kids liked the dinosaur trail ( very cool as an adult as well.) And the train ride around the open safari portion is a really neat way to see all kinds of animals up close.

Amazing! This place blew us away and far exceeded our expectations. We allocated five hours to spend here and it was not nearly enough to see everything. We've been to many zoos and various animal parks around the world and I would say this ranks among the very best by far.

I did not like the way tigers were kept in the zoo I felt it was awful They are predator species They need free land to roam around and hunt More over they are solitary I wonder how they are not fighting among themselves and killing each other

This is a great zoo. A ds advanced. Its hard to cover everything in one day. Most of animals have Shows about 5 times a day. Its a must visit. Enjoyed. Safari train and all attractions included for ticket. Weekdays 250 Rmb per person.

Very big zoo, much bigger than the ones in Australia. There are lots of exotic animals such as tigers and leopards. Food options are ok here, a bit expensive.

One of the greatest animal parks you will ever see. More tigers, giraffes, pandas, and animals up close than can be imagined. I highly recommend it.

This is a water park with many activities. It is a five minute walk from Hanxi Changlong Subway Station.
