Great walking, stores offer same things and nothing in clothes size 4 and up, and for guys bigger than 5', 140lbs forget it. Did not find anyone bugging to sell me brand name things like they do in Shanghai, Nanjing Road. Also did not find a shopping mall with great deals like Nanjing road in Shanghai. Best to come here with a friend or spouse. Bronze statues scattered along way nice photo opt. Easy to get taxi back to hotel.

Shangxiajiu Commercial Pedestrian Street, It's a long street beside shopping arcade and restaurants. This place is full of street food vendors. KFC, MacDonald & other international food chain is available. Public transport is better. Must visit this place. Statues on road side is another attractions that reveal's the history of local area.

有些小店是骗子，得当心。 这家叫【钧泰】的店在上下九步行街。 当时我们买石斛(2元/g)就拿了一点，店家(骗子)拿去都没秤重就直接给粉碎。粉碎后才秤，没想到秤出来的居然有400g，要800元。 当时不知道旁边是托(女阿姨)，那托直接付了1000元给店家，我们也不好意思只能给钱。后来回想托给钱的时候，那店家数都没数钱，那人肯定是托。 最主要我们不熟悉石斛，听店家说效果好，只想试试。买后上网一查，价格和真货差太远，买来的估计是假货。网上还有托的照片，是同一人。 而且也有很多人被骗。在2014年就有这事，为什么他们还能开到现在没被抓.... 想报警，但第二天就离开广州，不想惹事。

I love walking this shopping street because it's right next to my home and it's straight up and down, no confusing alleys and turns. You can find all the same shops here that are offered at Beijing Rd Pedestrian Shopping Street. It's usually heavy foot traffic here except when raining.

Its nice for tourist to explore Guangzhou . But full fake brands gotta be careful . Almost got cheated to buy 2 pairs of yeezy fxxk me HAHAHAHAHAHAH as you can see the nike in the picture . For yeezy you gotta know how to differentiate it thats all i can say . Have fun !

This is another must visit place in Guangzhou, one of the two largest shopping streets (the other being Beijing Lu) as it also offer visitors so many things to see, shop and eat. It's bustling with human crowds at all times.…... 详情

This place perfectly shared the experiences of using time machine. It just keeps the aesthetic in the past, and makes me want to live in there! …Although there are too many New Balance-like brands laying everywhere on the path.

Shangxiajiu Commercial Pedestrian Street is very busy during the weekends, and quiet in the mornings. Lots of shops and restaurants. It is fun place to watch crowds in the evenings, and have chinese style dinner with friends.

Lots of shops (and food!!) along the long long pedestrian street with some old buildings back in 50s. Could visit the old food shop Chen Tim Kee which only sells 3 dishes - fish skin, liwan congee and steamed rice roll.

Good place for shopping, eating and roaming around in Guangzhou city. Crowded in the weekend. Mostly locals visit there. Bargain place, cheap and mediocre quality. Overall a good place better than Beijing Road.

A huge shopping area, shops are full with bargain priced stuffs. Suitable for a culinary tour also. Overall better experience than Beijing Lu.

A nice place for shopping specially in the evening as most of other whole sales markets closed.

上下九步行街，长800余米，可以看到岭南风情的骑楼建筑，人们来此吃饭逛街，感受广东老街的热闹景象。街上美食无数：陶陶居的早茶、广州酒家的虾饺、银记肠粉…… “吃在广州”，这里是吃货的天堂。

挺长的一段步行街，很非常多的服装店和餐饮店，人基本上也是摩肩接踵。有广州特色的小吃，也可以买到广州特产。

旧城最热闹的地方之一吧。人很多，卖衣服的也多，各种叫卖声... 我宁愿去上下九周边的几条老街逛逛。
