I ordered my groceries online from this store for the first and last time. To be clear, everything arrived intact, as ordered and nothing was missing. The person in charge of logistics needs to be replaced for their incompetence. I selected and scheduled same day delivery to arrive between 6-7 PM. at 9 PM, I went to support and discovered by chatbot that the delivery was canceled by the driver, without notification to me. I waited nearly 15 minutes to reach a support agent and receive platitudes and copy paste apologies but no explanation as to why it was canceled or why I wasn't notified it was canceled. The delivery was rescheduled for between 8-9 the next morning. At 9 AM I again reached out to support to find out why my order had not arrived. Again copy paste apologies and platitudes and a promise that the driver was at the store picking up my order and will arrive at the earliest time possible. Again no explanation as to why the driver was late or notification that the driver was running behind. The order did arrive at 930AM. We printed off the order and checked everything off and it all arrived with no missing items. Had people at this store taken the personal responsibility to communicate with me and delivered my order when they promised to, this would be a much better and more complimentary review. In this case everyone at this store dropped the ball in failing to communicate and ensuring communication systems and policies were in place and followed.

Your staff have no clue how to speak to disabled people. They do not have basic respect and they infantilize us. A staff member began taking things out of my scooter at self check, without asking if I needed help. Would I even choose self check if I wanted help? No understanding of consent. I asked him if he does the same thing to able bodied people. Taking things from disabled people without consent is ASSAULT, not help. The other day, a staff member told me the scooter was "fun." He didn't even speak to me on the way out to the car, then his sole remark was this highly personal one. Where does he get the right to even speak to me about my disabled body? The scooter is an assistive device I dearly wish I did not need. It is not a toy, it is not "fun" to have to ride around and be treated like a baby and a second class citizen. These are not the only incidents of your staff rudely touching belongings and making personal comments about disability. Also, while I appreciate the scooters, they are absolutely filthy and in poor repair. There is no equipment beside them to sanitize, and the greeters do not make any effort. If your staff want to be helpful, they could sanitize those scooters, or at least offer a spray bottle. Just lazy. Your staff desperately need to be educated to respect disabled people. Truly awful, upsetting experiences which are too common at your store.

When I entered the store today I felt extremely excluded and unwelcome. Today is Easter and there is no mention of Easter on any of the signs as if we don't exist in the community anymore. I checked the flyer to see if there is any recognition of Easter, however; the cover page says Eid Mubarak in a big font when it is not Eid yet. Eid for my Muslim friends is after Ramadan around April 20 which is more than a week from now. I spoke with the customer service and they pointed out a small greeting on one of the pages that says Happy Easter. The main event this weekend is Easter and the store is ignoring it. I am not really sure if it is only this store or other stores too. If Walmart is celebrating culture diversity, it has to be fair and equal not based on biases. Stores have to recognize every one. Recognizing Eid is great but when it's time for Eid. Today is Easter and I expected to feel equally respected and important as a member of the community. I went home very unhappy with the store and the new trend. Inclusion has to keep everyone in the picture. You can't move from an extreme to the opposite extreme. You need to find a balance and treat everyone equally.

Went to this location just after 10pm. Grabbed a item that was 50% off, went to self checkout, it rung up as full price. The employee who was just walking around the self checkout area didn't believe me and I told her that if she wanted to go check for herself she could because ill wait, and she then replied with "there is no one here to go look for her". She then told me to go take a picture of the 50% off sale sign and I told her "no". Since when is it my job to go do your staff members job? I then tell her to go tell another employee who was standing around to go look. These two then have a brief convo about the discount. He then asks if it was on sale and again I say yeah, go look. But he wouldn't either. I got the item for 50% off after this, but the fact it took this much time and effort is pathetic. Train your staff better.

Extremely disappointed service at the mobile shop. Do not recommend it at all. Date: 2023/11/14. Time: around 6 pm. The girl at the mobile shop was neither professional nor efficient. I just wanted to buy a flip phone (That's all), and she did not even ask me what I needed and just told me to wait for my turn when I wanted to know if it would take a long time. After 1 and a half hours, she was still not even done with the first customer, and when I asked, she said I still had to wait for two more customers, so I just left with frustration. Can't you just tell me that it will take hours instead of asking impolitely to wait for my turn and being bossy? There were a few more disappointed customers. It was not just me.

Had a few things to grab after work so it must have been after 7PM when I got there, got what I needed and when I went to check out to my surprise only 1 till was open and since I was paying with cash I had no choice to wait in the long line. Got a few more items than intended had only brought in 2 bags with me so when I mentioned that I had more in the car the cashier just told me to throw my stuff into the cart, not packing a single item. My I was fuming mad so I stopped off to the side right in front of customer service, packaged everything myself meanwhile the supervisors behind c.s and the door greeter never batted an eye. Use to like this place just cause of the way things got packed NEVER AGAIN.

i was at wal mart yesterday with my parents and there was a guy name saad he was working at the automatic check out and i was gonna pay cash and he told me to scan my item it was only 1! and i told him i was done and he went to a different customers and took care of them instead of me because i only had 1 thing to scan i felt disrespect because i am a paying customer like he needs to be re training to treat with everybody with respect then choice picking who should i pick its not fair for me or my parents it happen to them in two occasions if you guys ever see the guy at the check out do not deal with him go to someone else! that well treat you like a customer not hand picking who ever u want!

I was totally disappointed by this Walmart service. I was referred by my friend that they have a good photo service for PR. I went to this stored and I was told they never process the PR photo request (Funny thing is PR photo is the exactly same size with Passport photo). Obviously the staff just didn’t want to take me at the beginning. Even more ironically, they stated they do not provide the digital copy service (which means you have to go to staple to scan your physical copy for extra cost so you can upload on your PC). I couldn’t understand why Walmart makes things so difficult since I just want to take a photo. Or maybe my friend recommends me to a wrong place.

"I recently visited the Walmart store located at 1665 Kenaston Blvd in Winnipeg and had a disappointing experience. Despite there being two checkout sections, only one was open and the other was closed. Additionally, half of the self-checkout machines were off, which led to a long line and wasted time for customers. I hope that the store manager and Walmart corporate will take action to address these issues, as it was frustrating to see resources that could have been used to reduce wait times and improve the shopping experience going unused. I would appreciate it if the store could take steps to improve in the future."

The self checkout is a nice addition that is not at the regent Wal-Mart that I frequent. I was there at around noon and the place wasn't that busy. The employee at the self checkout was very kind and was there to help you if need be. I found everything I needed here. There customer service and return policies are simply amazing. That is what keeps me coming back. Any problems with my purchase is quickly remedied and looked after. Lines tend to be long at C.S but it is expected. Overall, Walmart is a great place to shop for essentials. Food I would look towards superstore. Sorry, not sorry.

Just came in to kill some time, while my friend shopped for a garbage bin. In this visit right around the customer service traffic was pretty hectic. People with shipping carts were just chatting it up with staff right in the middle of the path. This made it pretty difficult to even get to the mc Donald’s. Regards to mc Donald’s service seemed extremely slow. But mind you I went down here around 7 pm so that could be the reason as well. One thing I did enjoy is the fact that they have a self serve key cutting machine. I tried it out and I was pretty impressed with the quality of work.

In the checkout I was offered a credit card for $60 immediately off my bill. They signed me up, didn't use my correct address or details, advised I would get $50 off only after my total spend was over $500. Spent hours on the phone going through menus before finally being transferred through multiple people who had no idea what they were doing trying to sort out this situation. Overall, extremely unhappy with this particular Walmart and the brand in general. Otherwise the Walmart was great with lots of selection. Sadly ruined by incompetent staff.

Twice bad experience buying items for massage and better circulation for my parents, we found both used, dirty and damaged when I opened the packages! The items were dirty and broken and I went to return them for new ones and customer service was so rude like if was my fault. They are not responsible for that and still I need to go for the new items in order to exchange them, they don't care about your extra time and gas for return items in bad conditions and even worst that they seeing that, they still put them in selling.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. Finished my shopping and tried to buy formula, had to go to the customer service desk 2 times before anyone bothered to show up, wasted 30 min of my time just trying to get someone's help with the formula. Every employee I've come across has their head firmly up where the sun don't shine and just looks miserable hating their lives. This is becoming the trend in most places where the employee doesn't earn a decent enough wage to live on, the customer service is a pitiful joke.

Worst customer service ever!!! Never ever order online!!! Never use the online subscription! It was the worst service. They will keep you wait forever if you want to return anything you bought online. And they will tell you they are not able to return the item because they need to call customer service, then they send you back to wait in line again. I waited for three hours just for returning one item. After all the waiting they still can’t process the return because the guy couldn’t find his manager!

First time in a long time I wasn't harassed for being in the store without a mask due to a medical exemption even though I wasn't really served at the till because they refused to. I used self-checkout and a kind young lady helped me when I needed assistance, so to her thank you and hopefully Walmart will educate themselves on the Manitoba Public Health orders regarding Mask use and exemptions to them and stop harassing and discriminating against those that have exemptions.

Overall not impressed with the photo department. The ink was faulty and I was able to return the printed photos but the lady took my pictures out and was cutting them up one by one while all the other staff were watching. She mentioned walmart doesn’t own a shredder. They need to uphold their privacy protection with their pictures. The manager did come out finally and put them through the shredder that I was told they did not have from the other staff member.

Workers in the morning on self checkout are more focused on selling cards rather than sanitizing the kiosks and helping the customer. I went there this morning and the first thing the worker told me was to sign up for the card to take a bonus. No greeting whatsoever, upon declining she decided to not help me at all even though I needed a price check since the item has a different price than on the shelf. Fix your workers, not a great experience at all

Worst Walmart in the city. I would personally give it 0 stars if I could. 1. No cleaning at self checkout after being used. 2. They don't honor SCOP and will make excuse after excuse in order to NOT give you the item for free! 3. They refuse to use printed coupons. After mentioning not having this problem at another Walmart, CSM had the nerve to tell me to not come back. Overall, poor training in staff and more education required in the front end!

The store is currently remodelling or moving things around. It is starting to look like a discount store. Shelves are empty. Can't find anything. The staff, who I understand are doing their jobs, are always in the way with their stock carts. The carts are blocking the isles and they do not move to let shoppers by. There has to be a more convenient way to allow shoppers to shop without having the isles blocked. I hope they improve on things

* May 2022 Love their online grocery order ability. They are responsive, quick and pleasant to deal with. Changed from one star to three stars - strictly because of their online grocery ordering. * 2020 - Now deposit required for a cart. Even with a handicap parking pass I now have to walk a fair distance to return the cart instead of leaving it by the car. Not impressed. Costco doesn't require a cart deposit - won't be back to WalMart.

I’m giving this location 4/5 stars because I had a bitter sweet experience here. At first I was very frustrated because item I bought was in the wrong spot, the prices were mixed up, different sizes put together, etc. But the way the staff handled the mix up was amazing! It was such a long process to get the right prices but the customer service desk stayed calm and polite the entire time. The staff is so friendly and helpful here!

I bought some spraypaint which is behind a locked cabinet. The price was different at the register then what it was in the cabinet. They didn't honour the Retail Council of Canada Scanner Price Accuracy Code (if something is less then $10 you get it for free, if it's over you get it for $10's less then the displayed price). One thing to have bad service, another when it feels like they aren't even doing what is right.

I'm so disappointed they've done away with the express checkout. It used to move along quickly. Not only has this change probably cost jobs, you now either have to wait in line for the very few checkouts that actually have a cashier along with the hoards of people with overflowing carts or use one of the dozens of self checkouts. Like many others, I do not like self checkout. This is NOT customer service.

Your 12$\hr security guards are not cops. Last night while trying to take some palettes for a fire which has been okay previously as the manager had no issue with it in the past, a group of East Indian wanna be cops came running outside to our trucks taking photos of our license plates and ourselves and swearing and being extremely rude. Large selection, good prices, lots of parking, McDonald's (** edit ** WAS) inside, express checkout is almost always fast, courteous cashiers. Honestly, I pretty much only ever shopped at Walmart after breakfast at McDonald's. That McDonald's outlet was the best in N. America - friendly staff, food always served hot, clean and warm. It closed mid-Oct 2023. No longer a reason for me to go to Walmart.

As usual Walmart. You can find almost everything in here. It is usually too busy during the weekends. I like the fact that you can now check in-store stock from online and app. However, sometime it is difficult to find the item you are looking for. It will be nice to add item location in the app. Also baby formula items are always locked and have to ask an associate which is sometimes hard to find.

They've started closing one of the entrances to the store and all shelf checkouts in the morning. Have to walk to entrance on the other side of the store just to turn around and walk back to where you want to go. Only one cashier and you have to wait in line for people with groceries when you're there to buy 1 item. Front end fridges are never stocked. Overall a poor customer experience.

I bought a canopy and it leaked right through when it rained. Not waterproof at all but I only found that out past the 90 days because it hasnt rained until then. Because it was past the return policy they refused to let us return it even though they sold us a canopy that was faulty. I wouldn't recommend buying from this Walmart. Management was very poor. Won't shop here again.

It is a great place to do one stop grocery shopping, sometimes the online price is cheaper though (may sell by third parties). Reason for one star deduction is that, their staffs over pushing their Mastercard, which is very annoying sometimes even after we rejected them for couple of times and yet they were still standing there and promoting.

We entered this Walmart location just before it was going to close to buy a last minute item. Doors were open when we enter, as we were making our way through the store an employee came to us and told us we have to leave the store as the store was closing. For the first time I ordered grocery for pickup online and I was able to pick up within 12hrs. It was so convenient and hassel free. Staff are very helpful at the pickup area. I got a call before pickup regarding the pickup location. Being the first customer I got free pack of brownies. Very satisfied.

The General Manager, who I mistakeably assumed was in the security position, keeps a better eye on literally everything, than any security guard I've ever met in my life. She should be promoted and given a raise. She's literally doing way more than any other General Manager I've ever met before.

Store is generally clean, few issues with the sort of customers that shoplift due to staff's engagement. Shelves are usually fully stocked, produce and grocery are surprising well stocked and have lower prices than Superstore on some items. Large amount of parking and open late hours.

This was not the first time — Placing the items in the wrong areas and making marked prices that don't match the actual price. They won’t feel sorry because they probably just thought it’s the customer’s fault to take the wrong items. What you can do is return the items or keep it.

There were 4 out of 30 self checkouts open with a 12 person line up. I asked a team leader and manager why and neither could give us a reasonable explanation. The manager on staff w bleached hair offered no help or support to his staff and literally ran to.the back to hide.

Other than fruits & vegetables, everything of daily use at economical prices. Items are at lowest prices when on clearance & you can find clearance at least once in a month. Fruits & Vegs are good, but quality of real canadian super store is better for this category.

Pharmacy closes at five,thats perfectly fine but why the hell are the isles blocked off? No where else closest the tylenol isle early! The staff refused to give me or any other customer a reason. This was a waste of a trip shop anywhere else.

At 10:00pm, there was no cashier to check out my grocery. I had to use the self check out. If the store closes at 11:00pm, there should be at least one cashier to attend to customers.
