I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Bay in Polo Park. HBC Stripes - 2 sales representative assisted me with ordering pants that were not on the floor, they ordered them for me to have them sent to my office. They didn’t have to do that or even suggest it. Very impressive! Hugo Boss - the sales representative found me a new shirt from the back of the store in wrapped condition, made suggestions to what my husband may like as a gift, was very friendly & knowledgeable. Cosmetic counters - all of the beauty experts greeted me as I was walking through. I asked one of the beauty experts for a particular item. She remembered me from assisting me previously, even remembered what I purchased. Offered to call me when the item comes in. Amazing service all around! Great experience!

Nice store. Very Expensive and out of touch with the latest trends. İ felt their clients are mostly retired. İt makes sence since they have the financial ability, but they won't be around forever... The store was very quiet. I'm in my 50's and felt like I was back in 1980's Toronto. The same model doesn't work in every city. Different economy. Different climate. Different customers. Kinda sad they are so out of touch with the people. İ did a lot of shopping this trip. None of it was at the Bay.

We tried to purchase and item starting at 8:20pm. Store closes at 9pm. We were told by 2 different cashiers that they were closed and needed to go somewhere else to pay. Finally found an open cashier who had a customer securing a price discrepancy. Went to another cashier and were told closed. Went to another cashier and had another customer arguing a price discrepancy. Reminded me why I’ve stopped shopping here. Took us 30 mins to spend our hard earned money. Really sad.

I went in to see what they had on sale for Black Friday. The store was completely empty. I find the items extremely expensive for such a big sale. I spent about 20 mins inside the store waiting for something to grab my attention. Visited the clearance section because there was extra percentage off the last ticketed price (20% to 40%) . I still could not find anything worth buying. The store was extremely clean and fully stocked.

Rudest manager ever, and fall to comply wht this price says , and give me excuse that it’s a mistake and still says u can’t have this price. I love the bay and buy everything from here bt the worst experience ever, Maybe should train managers well and show some respect to the buyer. It’s a men’s clothing section manager so don’t trust the price tag. Just thought to share my experience Thank you people.

They were awesome at the Clinique counter. I was return an item for exchange and instead of just doing the swap. They accepted the item for return and I then purchased the correct one and saved $20. That was definitely a customer keeper transaction!!
