Don’t waste your money. I got a lash lift and tint as well as a brow lamination and tint. She got the lash tint all over my eyelids and did not bother to wipe it away, leaving stains that look like a bad mascara job. My lashes also all clumped together and nothing was done to fix it, leaving them to dry in clumps. This however was nothing though compared to the brows I had done. The brown lamination was the worst I have ever seen done- and after reaching out to 2 other esthetician's after my appointment both said the job was laughable, and the worst they have ever seen. The brows were 2 different lengths, shapes, and colours and every hair was stuck straight up with no shaping done to them. I have blonde hair and eyebrows and the brows were dyed a very dark shade of black. The girl also knew it was bad as she took plenty of before photos of my lashes and brows, but took no after photos. After reaching out to the company to discuss my concerns post appointment, I have not heard back. The experience, the service, and the customer experience all are trash.

Worst time and appointment management. I called two weeks before my appointment to make sure I could have all the beauty treatments I wanted. The receptionist on the phone assured me that I would not have to wait between treatments and she arranged the appointment time accordingly. When I arrived, the Esthetician informed me that I would have to wait 30 minutes between treatments due to the scheduling of their appointments. I couldn't wait that long due to my schedule so I decided to only do what she had time to do until 10:30am (maximum time she had available to do my treatment). She finished at 10:00 and told me she had another appointment at 10:30. I then had to leave afterwards and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Very disappointed as I had hoped for a service in line with google reviews.

I resorted to trying The Ten Spot when my regular waxing technician closed shop during the pandemic lockdowns. While Ten Spot offers waxing services, they're basic at best. Technicians don't pay attention to their clients, it's like a barn door rotation. Brazilian waxing requires complete attention to detail which was sadly lacking in the six visits I did with them. I was never completely happy each time - there was always an inconsistency. I'm happy I have found a new waxing technician who pays attention to details, provides consistently good service and who is friendly and happy. When you're investing $$$s for a service, you deserve exceptional service!

In a word: AWESOME. I've come here for a variety of waxing services and I've been super satisfied every time. All the staff here (and I've seen quite a few, it's always someone different!) are kind, sweet, courteous and efficient, and they do a great job. The entire space is clean and it just feels nice going here. I'm also grateful that they're doing services that require the removal of a mask. Also, the online booking system is super convenient, and I love that there's so much availability! I used to have to book weeks in advance with my old aesthetician, and it's just nice knowing that you can get an appointment for a brow wax tomorrow, y'know?

We love the TEN SPOT. There is no smell of gel nails and other chemicals. Just a lovely spa-like environment at TEN SPOT. The air is clear, the place is sparkling clean and the staff are top notch. I have had 2 pedicures with Jenny now and have been very enthused and satisfied. Becky has done great work on my husbands feet and we enjoy the experience as well as the results. Good work ladies! We will be back. Suggestion: Gents Pedi could include massage and callus work. No polish so...seems fair. These are franchises and adhere to the company policies, making it well-managed and very clean. Love that!

I came in for a "quickie pedicure" - the esthetician was kind and did a really wonderful job on the color. I was a bit surprised however when I was told that an ingrown I had could not be trimmed due to "safety reasons". Admittedly, this is the first time I've been turned down when requesting that an ingrown be trimmed during a pedicure. Its unfortunate, because I had to go home and ruin the beautiful pedicure to take care of the concern. EDIT: thank you for rectifying this! I was invited back for a pedicure and the ingrown concern I had was taken care of :) I look forward to returning.

Had a much needed pedicure today and was very impressed with the cleanliness and look of the salon. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and attentive to my needs. It was a really enjoyable time. My pedicure was lovely and looks fabulous, they took their time and were very gentle and professional; really taking care for a spotless clean look. My feet feel great, (not like at some other salons where you get a quick cuticle trim without care and heels grated off). Good value for service. I’ll go back. Thanks ladies.

I have been to many ten spot locations in the past and always loved my results however I recently went to a new location in Kanata and had some problems. My esthetician was wonderful and friendly but after a couple days I noticed that most of the hair had only broken off and not been pulled out at the root. I have stubble on my legs and bikini even though I had my waxing appointment only 1 week ago. Won’t be returning to the Kanata location. Otherwise, I love the ten spot and have been going for years.

Such a lovely bright and cheerful location - I am happy to welcome them to Kanata! Friendly and helpful staff, too! My first visit was such a pleasure - I don't often have the chance of being pampered but I took the opportunity to visit and receive a quickie manicure - it was difficult to choose a colour, but was pleased with my choice. Vanessa did a lovely job trimming and polishing my nails - she took her time and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely visit again!

I've only gotten my eyebrows waxed and my eyelashes tinted here, but I love it. All the staff are very friendly and approachable. A very clean salon, and COVID practices in place (hand sanitizer by the door, plexiglass barrier by the cashes). The procedure rooms are quiet and cozy, with Netflix playing it adds a little more calmness. I thoroughly love going here, it feels incredibly relaxing while I'm being worked on. No doubt in my mind that I will continue to go back.

I just recieved a full Mani/pedi and brow wax service with Stacy and I have to say .. WOW what a great experience I just had ✨❤️she was a joy to be around and made my time with her feel special !! I needed some TLC and boy did I get it !! This place is a 10 outta 10 . It was so nice to be around people who truly love their career and I could tell all the employees were happy !! The staff at 10Spot Kanata are so professional! While I had an unfortunate reaction to my eyebrow wax (at NO fault of their product, just my sensitive skin!), they helped me in every way possible. Jenny was extremely kind and knowledgable. She identified the reaction right away and switched over to threading. She talked me through the best way to keep the raw area calm and happy while it healed. She was incredibly professional and sweet! 5+ stars if I could :)

Update: it was not a fluke. Another great experience :) First time trying Ten Spot, and getting a wax since this panini mess began. I decided to give Ten Spot a try and am very happy with the whole experience! It was very clean, the greeting staff was friendly and I was taken back by my esthetician, Maggie, who did a fantastic job! I'm glad I took the chance and got the membership before even trying the place out, as I will gladly go back.

My service on Saturday with Samantha was great. Very nice pedi. I always come here. The service is amazing and my pedis actually last. Love the cleanliness as well. They do it right!!! I generally book with Jenny but made a booking error and I have to say I still got the same great care and service. I was really quite impressed. I’ve been to many places in the past for nail services and this is and will remain my favourite. ❤️

I got my facial done here by Amanda and she did so well! She listened to my concerns and needs attentively and and used products based on this. They worked so well and I am glowing right now! She also really helped you relax and wind down, especially with the shoulder and neck massage. It was worth the price and I highly recommend getting the facial here. Thank you once again Amanda!

Staff are friendly but the eyebrow wax I just received is the worst I've ever had. I went back to try and get them fixed but they still look awful. I know that my brows are tricky but with time and patience they can look good! Update: Adding two stars for the prompt response from the company. The staff at this location were exceptional. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and the environment was very clean and welcoming. However my gel manicure chipped after 4 days. I also had eyebrow waxing done and i still had to tweeze quite a bit when I got home. Still considering to bring my daughter for her first kiddie mani/pedi since the girls were so sweet.

Excellent staff who were also very kind. I had to cancel an appt an hour before it started because I had to bring my daughter to the hospital. I was scheduled for 3 services so I felt badly. The staff was so understanding and when I tried to go back in and leave a tip they would not accept any payment. I later rescheduled and my manicure was perfect!!!

I booked this appointment for my Dad (88 years old and it was his first manicure). He broke his arm and has been unable to trim his nails, etc. Maggie did a great job and he was very happy with the service. Caution was used in dealing with his injured hand (swollen from the arm break) and immobility. All staff super friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

Just got an awesome pedicure with Nicole! Haven't treated myself in years and decided to give this place a try. She did a super impressive job tackling my dry and calloused feet which left me feeling... like a ten! She was also super attentive to get the colour done perfectly. The Ten Spot staff are great! I went for a laser hair removal procedure for the first time and didn't know what to expect. The staff explained each process as they went so I knew what was coming next. The procedure was painless and the results were awesome. I will be back again for sure!
