Renu Spa has been my go -to clinic for aesthetic services for several years. Excellent , quality services for pedicures, facials , massage etc. Reasonable rates. Not cheap but not crazy expensive either. Friendly Staff, Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Always leave Renu Spa looking and feeling amazing ! My skin , feet and muscles are like brand new again. Like a newborn! They were so patient, kind and helpful in helping my sister with mobility needs get access to treatment . They added extra time just to accommodate her getting in and out of the wheelchair and had another employee help. They treated her with dignity and kindness .My Sis felt so welcomed! She loves coming here as well !!! Renu Spa treats us so well, able bodied or not… If you are looking for quality aesthetic services, pls do not hesitate to give Renu Spa a try! If I can rate 10 stars, I would!!

My wife wasnt feeling so great and felt really sore so I tried to get her in for a massage. I was able to book an appointment for her the following day appointment due to a cancelation. This morning it seemed like she had strep throat which explained why she was feeling sore the day before. I called to let them know my wife can not make it due to an emergency and was told we would be charged a cancelation fee since it wasn't 24 hours notice. Also because she didn't have a card on file they said next time she books she will incur the fee. Here is my concerns when the appointment was booked there was not even 24 hours and if she went and got the staff sick she would feel terrible. I guess my advice is if you plan to go here don't plan on being sick if you have a card on file. Unfortunately as nice as the atmosphere here is we will not be coming back.

This is hard to review because I had some great experiences there (for body treatments) but lousy massage/policy. Pros: - fantastic aestheticians and boy treatment. Was treated with respect and kindness. My aesthetician had no problem wearing a mask as I"m "vulnerable" Cons: massage. never book a 9am massage as a new client. there's always loads of paperwork/questionnaires. I couldn't open the attachment the day before so chose to show up before my apt to fill them out. They only open at 9 and massage is booked for 9 so it eats into your massage time. My hour massage ended up be 30 mins and I was changed the FULL rate despite them not being open when I gave time to do paperwork BEFORE apt.Once on table there was too much fussing as I was a "new client"- time waster and not very Conclusion: I'll return for body treatments but never a massage.

Divine suspension soothing relaxation well rested experience with nourishing caring and skillful hands of Natalie made not just my day but entire week to say the least. I’ve been getting quite a range of different massage techniques to get relief from my chronic neck tension, pain and the associated headaches but all has only done so much for me. Having gone to RMT college myself, I have to admit that today’s relaxation massage followed with facial treatment has been most effective. Highly recommended. Natalie knew her craft very well. Reception was also welcoming and helpful in finding the better choice for treatment. Clean, nice aroma, good taste of unwinding music all over the spa as well. Here you go 5 star indeed!

Such a clean and welcoming establishment. Everything is organized and prepared for you right when you walk in for your appointment. They accommodate according to your requests (for ex: requesting a particular service for a couples room). I highly recommend the "bliss and body package". I received it for Christmas and it makes a great gift. They check what are your problem areas, where you want them to focus on, the pressure and perfect temperature etc... I need this massage and facial combo every year. This was a great treat to end my semester, phew big stress reliever. Thank you to Maria and Laura for the great couples package!

A clean, professional, relaxing atmosphere, good staff, soothing music. I came out feeling quite refreshed. I look forward to going again. Update: Once again, incredibly relaxing, excellent service, I plan on going regularly. Update: Had a different therapist this time, she also did an excellent job. They called me ahead of time to tell me of the change, and were willing to reschedule me if necessary. I decided to go in anyway, and as always there was no problems, and I found the visit soothing. The massage bed was warm, which was quite pleasant, and they had a massage cream which was cool and refreshing.

I went for a facial this afternoon and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a facial before but there was a consult, 1 hour of facials, and then recommendations for products. I have very sensitive, combination skin. Everything that was put on my face felt amazing. I was given a hand, arm, shoulder, and scalp massage while the treatments were on my face - all felt incredible. The bed was warm, the blanket was weighted, the room was dimmed, there was a humidifier. I would choose this over Le Nordik moving forward for how relaxed I felt. I will DEFINITELY be going back. Wow.

Surrey, the receptionist was kind and courteous.. she noticed that I was heavily pregnant and thus offered to help take off my boots and all, I kindly turned down the offer but her thoughtfulness is really appreciated. I had Anna doing my brazillian sugaring and she did awesome, on top of that I was expecting to pay for brazillian upon check out but was pleasantly surprised as Surrey told me that I would only be charged for bikini as Anna determined that I 'did not have that much' to remove, her generosity surely won't go unnoticed. Well done RenuSPA, you guys surely have top notch team there!

The best facial in Ottawa! Very enjoyable customized facial experience in clinically clean however cozy spa environment: beautiful dimmed lighting, perfect room and bed temperature, super clean sheets and towels. My esthetician Cassie was very knowledgable and was able to address all three skin concerns in one treatment. The whole treatment was super relaxing: face, hand&shoulder&scalp massage was out of this world and absolutely beautiful aroma of the products! Thank you Renu Spa for providing such a high quality service!

My first time at Renu, just had a massage with Logan ….I honestly just don’t even have enuf positive words to Express the most amazing massage I have EVER. Had! Logan was absolutely a gentleman, and took time to listen to my concerns before and then another few moments after to review the experience and provide follow up ideas. He definitely knows how to read the body and I feel fantastic. I was lucky to get in on a cancellation- great way to start International Woman’s Day feeling strong, energized and at rest.

I had an amazing experience here. I started with a massage and almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. I then had a manicure and pedicure. I upgraded to the spa pedicure, which includes a hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment, definitely worth the extra $10. I really love that all treatments are done in areas/rooms away from the main entrance. This makes the experience way more relaxing because you don't hear anything from reception or customers coming and going.

My face is swolen red, the extraction was painful,they don't have the face steam machine. She put 3 times hot towel instead with was burning hot. The mask was burning I had to end it. They wanted to charge me 13 dollar extra when I had a gift card! To make it clear I had to stop the facial after about 10 min so no I'm not gonna pay extra , plus my face is still red n I didn't got an explanation as to why this spa doesn't use steam machine before extraction

Always my go to place. Great staff. Comfy chairs. Calm atmosphere. I typically do the pedi and have never been disappointed. Lots of colours to choose from. The massage part is great, and if you do the paraffin treatment, it’s lovely! I can also say the facial is great. The skin analysis is a nice feature also. I’ve gotten my eye brows done and they have always looked good - and even! You also can’t go wrong with a massage. Cozy beds, warmed if you’d like.

I had an amazing first spa experience here! Everyone was professional and made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. The environment was relaxing and welcoming, I was told exactly what would be happening and felt my concerns were listened to. I had a relaxation massage and facial done by Fatima and she was wonderful, I highly recommend her. My mani and pedi were done by Elizabeth who I also recommend, she was very friendly and great at what she does.

Service is always great there although this time was a bit unusual. The esthetician performing microneedling didn’t wear a mask especially when hovering and breathing over clients. I could feel her breath over me for a good portion of the service. It was uncomfortable. By the time I realized this was happening it seemed to late and awkward to mention. If they don’t wear one by choice, I would recommend clients be asked their preference.

Been wanting to try Renu Massage for some time now, I made an appointment about two weeks in advance. They cancelled the appointment less than 5 hours before because the therapist is not feeling well. Kind of funny how there is a penalty for a customer to pay if they cancel last minute and no penalty for the business if they cancel on you last minute. In addition, there was no effort made for rescheduling as they were fully booked.

I had a facial. I felt welcomed when I showed up for my appointment, the salon is very relaxing and calm. The facial was typical and technically fine. She applied the cleansers , heat, and lotions on in a professional manner. The ambience was a little noisy with the snapping of lids being closed, rustling of bags and moving around the room quite often. I would consider it fine. My skin felt good and I’m sure enjoyed the cleansing.

Great massage, great facility. I just wish there is better communication about parking and directions as I went to the other facility while the real place was on the other side of the building. I had to park on the street and my car was parked in the reserved area for the spa in the building which patrons cant use. I lost 15 mins there, hence minus 3 stars. BTW, Leah was the therapist and she was fantastic, full points to her.

A welcoming atmosphere, that is so relaxing from the minute you walk in. Reception was wonderful and made the rebooking process seamless. I had a wonderful experience with my massage therapist. Logan was a true professional and amazing at what he does. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had, he ensures you are comfortable and checks in to see how you’re doing. I would happily recommend their massage therapy services!

Lovely atmosphere. Great receptionists and the person booking my appointment through email was so lovely. Anna was great. I had so many facial before but first time with her. felt my face was almost revived. I loved how she explains the process step by step. The only reason i deducted a star because price vs. treatment offered was slightly unfair. But overall i loved the place and would recommend for sure.

I love this spa! I have been a regular client since they opened. The quality of care and service has never declined. I feel special every time from the time I walk in, until I walk out the door. First time at a spa was a hell yeah. I had Elizabeth for the GM face & body bliss, it was so amazing. Very relaxing and I felt comfortable. Elizabeth is a a very nice lady! So friendly and welcoming. I’m happy I chose renu spa to get a well needed treatment & definitely looking forward to going back! The place was clean and calm, the staff were all very nice. My skin and muscles feel so relaxed too

My most favourite spa in town! It’s not cheap but definitely worth the price! I’ve tried other spa and massage but always coming back to this place. Can’t find any better spa than Renu! I had a weird pain at the back of my knee but after receiving Savannah’s massage, the pain was gone and it wasn’t swollen anymore. She is fully booked for 1-2 months, so I recommend booking her in advance!

Would highly recommend this spa for relaxation massages, RMT services, or the Indian Head and Foot massage. I most recently booked the Indian Head and Foot massage for myself and my friend and it was incredible. We left feeling rejuvenated and renewed. I have also been coming to this spa for years for massages and lazik services. They are always professional, kind and soothing.

What a special spa day for a dad a mom a daughter and a grandmother! Wow, we were greeted with such warmth and comfort, for people who don’t frequent spas it was very nice. Then all the professionals giving each one of us a treatment (pedicure or facial) was so genuinely personal and friendly. We each got such an awesome facial or pedicure! I highly recommend this spa!

First time doing a massage at Wellington location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my invoice at the end and they rectified it right away My RMT Savannah was excellent! She confirmed several issues I had and provided expert advice and suggested some good exercises to do. I would recommend this location and the RMT to anyone!

Great spot! I purchase my Skinceutical products here but I’ve also had facials and mani/pedis here. Most recently, I came for a Shellac mani/peddi two days before my wedding and I was very happy with the service. The booking system is very easy to use. There was a wait period of 3 weeks to book but well worth the wait. Friendly receptionists and a relaxing waiting area. Susan wasn’t massage therapist. She read my health profile and help relieve my shoulder and neck pain. The bed was cozy warm, I will be booking again.

I don’t usually get get massage in Ottawa because I have an exceptional therapist in Alberta. I made the decision to try Cindy at Renu and could not believe and still can’t get over her relaxing and soothing massage abilities. It was unbelievable!! Cindy is a must for massages. Always loved Renu.

I have very painful upper back/shoulder and neck pain from working at a desk. In one session Shannon melted it away and I feel much better. I’ve tried other massage therapy in the area and found Renu was a much more relaxing, spa like environment, with better quality service. I’ll be back!

Always have a great experience with my facials here. They really take the time to understand my skin and skincare goals, and make recommendations that have really improved my skin. I’m also a huge fan of the Skinceuticals line so I’m happy they carry it in the spa! Would recommend.

Angie & Maria are simply the BEST. They have taken great care of our feet and really helped us out after we finished a HUGE charity hike of 150km that destroyed our feet. Their care was a special slice of heaven and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a 50 minute Indian Head massage, hands and feet massage with Elizabeth. Very relaxing. Elizabeth was very welcoming and professional. The spa is clean and serene. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this spa. Good value.

The service was very good, but the pedi chair is old and doesn’t work well. When I used the vibration function it was loud and clunky. Also, I tried to vote for Renu as Ottawa’s top spa but when I clicked on the link it said I needed a password.

I had a microneedling session at Renu, and while the service was good (Anna was so good!) I must say their appointment booking system is quite unreliable. I experienced issues where I canceled appointments but never received confirmation

I had a facial by Fatimah and it was excellent. Fatimah is very knowledgeable and never tried to upsell me on products. My skin feels great and looks so much better. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her. Highly recommend!

Logan is so insightful and effective that my immediate problem felt better right after the first treatment. Since then, the long term problem is pretty much gone.
