THANK YOU TO TIFFANY!! I often go to Shoes on Fourth because of their shoe selection and I've always gotten good service from them. But this last time I went to try on a pair of Vionic walking shoes, Tiffany went above and beyond what I had expected from anyone. It was a toss up between two colours and two different sizes. Tiffany checked Miz Mooz, their sister store. She also checked Vionic headquarters. And even ordered a couple of sizes for me because the retail stores didn't have them in stock. She approved for me to take a pair home to try at home and to ensure that the shoes fit properly and that it will suit my walking needs for the summer. Tiffany is everyone's dream - kind, friendly, polite and understands the situation. KUDOS to Tiffany for finding the perfect walking shoes for me. I appreciate all the hard work you've done. THANK YOU!

My sister was looking for some comfortable work shoes yesterday, so she decided to check this store out. It was around 5pm. The 2 sales associates were happily chatting away with each other, not once acknowledging her or offering to assist. A young white lady walked in shortly after and was quickly approached by BOTH associates. My sister dropped the shoe she was looking at and left, feeling terrible. Was it her ethnicity or her casual attire that warranted the neglect? These should never be the case. She ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes at Miz Mooz across the street who were very warm and caring about her needs. Our family will not be coming here again.

I will not shop there again. I tried on many pairs and they all fit wide. I bought a pair for my daughter and even though they also had a wider fit, the sales lady was convincing by telling us that if she added another hole on the strap, they would fit. We were told we could not return them because the shoes were a final sale. After bringing them home and trying them on again, they were still too wide. They can not be worn and a waste of money. I’m not impressed with the service or the quality of the shoes. I’d rather shop at a retailer where there is assurance that items are exchangeable! This is unacceptable!

Shoes on Fourth is my favourite place to buy my shoes. All the sales associates are so friendly and helpful. I have never been disappointed. I really love the selection, especially the Vionics. On my last visit I found a pair I loved but they were out of my size and the associate offered to see if she could order a pair in my size!! I ended up choosing another style but I truly appreciated the effort. Thank you ladies for always making it a pleasure to shop at Shoes on Fourth!!

Love this store!! I always find shoe shopping super stressful but the staff at Shoes on Fourth made my shopping experience so fun and enjoyable! The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful, Calisa helped me find the perfect pair of boots. They are SO comfortable and super stylish I can not wait to show them off. I will definitely be back for more shoes. I highly recommend this amazing shoe store and will be telling all my friends!

The woman running the shop was really sweet so I feel bad giving a bad review. But, I bought a pair of Vionics on sale, and it was mentioned as I was paying that they were final sale...I should have stopped the sale. After 10km walking in these shoes, they are garbage. Coming unglued and un stitched after less than a week, not to mention the insane blisters they gave me. Beware the runners, shoe quality, and return policy.

I love this store and all the people working here! You will always find the best European made footwear, unique shoes, and all with real leather. I broke a toe and had to find good sturdy footwear, great quality a must. I walked in and was out in 10 minutes with a pair of shoes that is right for me at this time...I cannot wait to return and go mad shopping for fall shoes!

I bought 2 pairs of Vionic shoes here & I absolutely adore them, so comfy! Julz & Tiffany provided excellent service even though they had plenty of customers all at once. Somehow they took care of everyone. I can't wait to shop here again! I've heard boots have arrived, yay!! Love Shoes on Fourth❤

Always love this store, great selection and great service! Just went in with a tear in a pair of boots from last year and they immediately gave me a full credit towards a new pair, with their usual fabulous customer service. Much appreciated, and will continue to shop here, and refer it to others!

On my last visit Jan. 16,2023. I didn’t find the sales staff very knowledgeable or helpful. Which was disappointing because other times with other staff I had a very good experience. Also there selection of Vionic shoes was quite limited. That being what I specifically went there for.

Had a lovely experience here over the past couple of visits, hunting for comfortable, dressy shoes for a wedding. The 3 staff I met were very helpful and I really appreciated their honest feedback on styles. I found a perfect pair for my outfit. :)

Wow! This place has incredible service. I was immediately greeted by the manager Tiffany who assisted with picking out several pairs of shoes for my mom. All her suggestions were spot on and my mom loved the shoes!!! Thank you!

Been here twice, shoes are very nice! Service is extremely uncomfortable. Different set of girls each time, so robotic, so snobby and just stare you down while you look for yourself. Not a fan‍♀️ …

A great shop! They have high quality fashion shoes. I along with my friend bought 3 pairs this weekend and all are very comfortable. Price is also very good. Highly recommend to shop here.
