Good Nike shop, pretty solid range and nicely laid out. We got asked a few too many times by the same guy if we needed help though, which was annoying and made us leave by the 6th time. It was literally just us in the store so it's not as if he forgot that just moments ago he asked if we needed help.

Both times I have been in this store have been great. Had a small issue with my invincible 3 where the heal was collapsing. Staff were very accommodating,, saw the issue, got me another pair to try and it was a night a day difference. Almost 2 months later, they swapped them out for me no issue.

there was little to no positive customer service or a customer experience felt here. we were only going to look around the store but we were looked at as if we were invisible by the people behind the counter. we didn't even make our way upstairs as we felt uninvited and unwanted.
