worst place. I visited this store for buy my sister birthday present. even though i want to ask something for size, they seem likes doesn't want to eye contact with customer. when i purchase this one they just check the size "8" and gave the card machine to me. After i purchase this one, I just go to the post office to send this one to my sister in my country. Two of reason for by this product, One, this product only retail in canada and usa, second, my sister really big fan of this animation. and she's birthday up coming. International package take 10 days more, so that's why i really hurry about it. Today, when i wake up and check the message with picture from my sister, and she really confused about two of right side shoes in the box. Who gonna think about they going to give two of right side shoes to customer? I waste my time and money.so annoying about this situation. my sister really disappoint about it. you guys screw up my family big event. I don't have any idea of all of this one right now. ++ some of people think that what i didn't check the box, first, when i want to check the size of 8 and 8.5 (need to send pic to my sister for confirm), that time has both of right size. i guess after employee bring the box the staff room, might be she change the box or i don't know. ++ after that, I just call the store and they said, they need other pair of shoes, but, it already in my country. they keep ask me 5~6 time by call. the store manager said, when you have change to visit the store, will give other pair. Well. it's not good idea to speak like that for me. if you going to buy shoes in here, confirm your shoes. Never buy shoes from this store anymore.

Bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter on Saturday. a sale was on at buy one at regular price and get a second pair for 50 % off. my little granddaughter was very tired so we went home without buying the second pair. the clerk helping me was very polite and helpful young gentleman. On Monday I returned to the store with my receipt and asked if I could get the second pair. but the manager said I had to have the shoes with me to get the second pair at 50 % off. by this time was grandchild was back home in white rock. I called Glen McArthur and Richmond Centre and they both said no shoes only receipt was necessary. Will never shop at the Pacific Centre store again. as a senior I had to take a train out to Richmond and shop. Clerks were fine but manager and her policy I felt was overboard.

The women named jemmy or jenny. I dont know is extremely rude and the way she talk and communicate with people is the worst. I don’t feel she is the same person while purchasing and returning the stuff. Like seriously what are you getting paid off girl. Are you serious. Look at yourself, listen to yourself. Would you like to be treated the way you treat people.All the other people out there are way to sweet. Maybe problem is with her only. She ruined my day. I use to love this store and this is the fourth pair i purchased from same store and unfortunately this one doesn’t work out and may be this is something she can’t digest. Go shop from there but stay away from her because I feel she hate the job she do and will pour her negativity to you. God may have mercy on her.

Horrible service from the Manager name Miken!!! She's super rude and racist. I wanted to get the shoes I've worn once exchange for something else since it's really uncomfortable but she refuses to accept the shoes for an exchange as it was worn. She was really rude to me and even yelled at me in front of other people!!! There was another customer she was helping that almost have the same issues with me but she didn't had any problem doing the exchange for that person and she was also so nice to her. She treats me horribly because I'm Asian and the other lady is Caucasian. Miken needs to get re-trained on proper customer service and should not be allowed to help other customer until she can treat all customers equally!

Superior customer service by Asad. The perfect combination of product knowledge, with suggestions, without being in anyway pushy. He had is work cut out for him as I was purchasing shoes for my mother in a Senior's Community who was not able to be present to shop and try things off. Asad was so patient as I tried items on in my size to see if they fit big/small or true to size to make my best guess for my mom. Asad was also super helpful when I popped back in to return one item my mother didn't care for and exchange another one. I have been happy with my own Skechers purchases so this was my go to place. They did not disappoint.

Always had troubles making choices on shoes because how specific it has to be with my feet and always end up feeling stressful about it. Never have I ever decided on any pairs of shoes so fast and super satisfied at the same time like I just experienced this time. Jayni provided service with love, care, understanding and her own over the years built-up expertise. I bought shoes very often, at least twice a year and never have I ever felt so welcomed, understood and trusted a stranger that much. She deserves the employee of the year ❤️❤️❤️ Sketcher store inside Pacific Center, Vancouver location.

I visited this store a couple of weeks ago and couldn't decide. I'm like that. I went back today to purchase the shoes I knew I wanted. I went back to this store in particular because of the 2 young men who work there and spent time with me the first time. I'm a senior lady and their customer service skills are wonderful. I wish I'd known that when I was served by the assistant manager today as she was the first to greet me, that the staff works on commission. I would have waited for one of the young men. However, she was very good with me too. I will come back to this store.

Great purchase and great help even at the very end of business hours. Jamie ( I hope I spelled it correctly) is an amazing and very professional and really nice sale representative. She knows her job very well and she helped me find great running shoes and gave me great advices. And all that with smile and great energy. I will definetely come back to this store and buy again. I reccomend this store. Sketchers brand is beyond a great quaility and so comfortable but also their sale representatives are polite, friendly, professional and really know what they are selling.

We have been wearing Skechers for years.. but today’s experience was the best one so far. This was literally our first stop to shop in Vancouver and wanted to purchase shoes for the boys. Jaymi helped us pick several items for them. ( not only the ones in the photos). She was very patient, helpful, proactive, experienced and friendly. Honestly, if I was a business owner, she’s the ideal person to hire. It’s interesting that over 14 years.. the only thing that motivated me to leave a review was a great purchasing experience!

My friend and I were in Pacific centre today shoe shopping. We had a great experience with Shepard helping us. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My friend ended up fining 2 pairs of shoes that will work for her and she has really hard feet to fit. Both Jaymi(the manager) and Shepard kept bringing my friend shoes until she found ones that were a good fit and comfortable. The customer service at this store was outstanding! An overwhelming amount of shoes on display that will quite possible hurt your brain when trying to decipher the difference between them and what you need. The store was somewhat busy and it looked like only two employee's were on the floor, and one of them (a larger man) stood near the entrance most of the time looking like he was security doing not much except assessing the customers which felt very awkward. The prices also seemed very high for a shoe brand that is certainly not high quality.

Most disappointed with the service received from the West Georgia store in Vancouver. Phoned store to enquire whether they had a shoe in my size as I did not want to make an unnecessary trip downtown. Was told by the person who answered my call to phone back in an hour as they were too busy to help me, then she put down the phone. It took 3 phone calls to the store the eventually get her to stay on the line long enough to tell me what time the store was open until. Just not good enough!

I hate shoe shopping usually, but not this time. I went in looking for new non slip work shoes, and found them with the help of the most knowledgeable woman. She said she was the boss, I didn't catch her name unfortunately, but I cannot express how incredibly helpful she was. Shoe shopping anxiety gone, as soon as we spoke. She measured my foot, we found the right shoe, I was in and out within half an hour. Go and ask for the boss, you will not be disappointed!

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. I went to return a shoe that had a quality issue and had to deal with a very unprofessional individual who had no customer service skills. Her name was Vivian and she was rude and unhelpful. She should not be working in retail if she doesn’t know how to take care of customers. A product that is only worn 6 times and rips should not be sold at the price it is. And if you do at least provide the customer a full refund.

Took my 9yr and 5yr girls to the store, we were helped by Tianna & Jaymi…. As a Dad who got blindsided into shoe shopping WITHOUT his wife, the girls mother, I can’t thank the kind ladies enough for not only being so warm & kind, but they out so much care and effort into making sure that the shoes fit AND that the girls could grow into them - thanks to them I didn’t even miss the wife for a second! Amazing experience!

Super easy shopping experience and great staff. I went after unsuccessfully looking for running shoes at two nearby Sports Chek locations (that's a frustrating review all on it's own!) to find very helpful staff, no long wait and a great selection. Was pleasantly surprised at both a 50% off a second pair sale and also the generally reasonably shoe prices for runners. Product was good quality and build.

Came in late on a Sunday looking for something very specific, having visited 9 other shoe stores I had almost given up finding what I needed. The man behind the counter was very knowledgable and patient as I tried on many different pairs. I finally found exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be more satisfied with both my purchase and my shopping experience. 5/5 stars easily.

Well unfortunately I left empty handed ( for once) lol, the sandals I was digging weren’t available in my size as it was nearing end of season. But the highlight of my experience was the incredible and engaging Jamie! She definitely tried to accommodate me with some similar styles but my heart was set on the originals. Fantastic attitude and great spirit, helpful but not pushy!

Very helpful and friendly staff! They can't let you in if you're not wearing a face mask due to covid 19 which we 100% respect, we we're about to go but the friendly staff offered us free and new medical facemask so we we're able to shop Great prices and deals as well, I bought a pair of super comfy sandals and I loved them! This person who manages this store (not sure of her name) deserves a raise! She knows her stuff and goes above and beyond to find the right fit. I mean I've come to the interest to write a review for a shoe store! If all stores had people who did their jobs the way she does they would make 10X more profit. Loved my experience at Skechers in Pacific Center in Vancouver. My family and I went to get some shoes and our salesperson JAKE did an excellent job! Thank you Jake! Very respectful, knowledgeable and very kind. We love the shoes and the socks we got. Skechers definitely has your back when it comes to comfort, durability and style. I am here to thank Steven the manager of Skechers at Pacific cenetre Vancouver. He did his job amazingly. I am a big fan of Sckechers for so long. But I got a boot a month ago. After using them a few times the color faded. I went back to the store and asked if I can exchange them and Steven helped me to do that easily. So thank you Steven to keep the customer happy.

I would prefer to order online from Skechers rather than go into the shop again. I was in yesterday looking for sandals and had not one person approach me, and the prices were considerably more than they were online. Although I like a pair of sketchers I like to have customer service if I make the trip into the store. Good selection, pricing is a bit high.

Yesterday I went there to buy a boot and I wanted to ask an old lady there about if they are waterproof or no! And without even starting the conversation! When I asked her “excuse me! can I ask something?” She just replied “no”!!! Thank you! I’d rather spend my money somewhere else than dealing with that kinda rude person! So unprofessional!

I ordered shoes online and found them too wide. Returned them at the Pacific Centre store. I had lost my original invoice but the manager of store went out of her way to help me and to be able to check on pricing etc and coding to process my refund. Great service. Professional, friendly staff. I’ll be back to buy more shoes.

Jamie the assistant manager was amazingly helpful, on the phone and in person. I was replacing incredibly painful Shoes for Crews and I'm so happy with the Sketchers for work that I got instead! If you need any kind of work shoe but particularly non slip, see Jamie and her team at Pacific Center. They'll take care of you.

A select amount of options for kids, bigger selection for adults. Prices are higher than expected but a quality product worth the price. Busy location with very friendly staff, can be pushy to buy other things to go with shoes, but not unreasonably pushy. Would shop here again, but will check out other locations

I bought my first pair of Sketchers from this store yesterday. I love my new shoes! The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, particularly the woman who was training new staff, the manager I would think. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but she was great. Really knowledgeable and attentive.

At first, I was not feeling good after seeing how the staff treated me. They lack staff here. Only one or two women handling a bunch of customers with no choice. Leaving most of the people irritated, sad, or offended. Apart from that they have got very good variety and sale. Felt bit pricy though.

Every time I go into this store, the staff are useless. No one offers to help, even though they are just standing around twiddling their thumbs. I've tried a few times now to get myself a pair of sneakers there and I just end up giving up and walking out. I will not be trying again.

Worst experience at a Skwtchers store I ever had. Today is Sunday, 21that 2:30 pm and the employees where pretending to be busy and not helping. After sitting with our pairs waiting to finish our purchase, we just decided to take our business somewhere else.

Staff members Anna and Shepherd helped me find boots for my husband who has small feet. Anna reserved boots until my husband came in later in the day.to try them. They were slightly off. Patiently Shepherd worked hard to fit him. Both are amazing people.

A major shout out and thank you to Steven at Sketchers Pacific Centre. I had purchased 2 pairs of running shoes that we were too small once I wore them a few times. He replaced my shoes with a half size bigger and they're amazing. Thank you Steven !

I would like to recognize Nicole for the best service she provided me and my brother for purchasing shoes. It was mind-blowing purchase from there with the help of Nicole and I really appreciate her attitude towards customer and work ethics.

Their collections are limited but it's worth the money. Got street shoes, it's durable and has a lovely memory foam that gives a nice gentle feel. The last time I went they had a 50% off on second pair of shoes, worth the deals.

The Skechers with arch support is good for walking. I bought from Jamie, store manager in Skechers Pacific Center. She was able to help me find the right shoes. I walked out the store very satisfied .

I bought a pair of shoes back in April, 2020. The insoles were breaking down a bit by September , not a lot but enough to make them uncomfortable. Sketches replaced them at no cost to me.
