Last time I went to see Pam was because my back decided to turn into a moody teenager and broke out with acne. And I too reverted in a moddy teenager by picking at it... something needed to happen so my back didn't transform into scar"back"face... Low and behold Pam offers back facials!!! I was uncertain at first as I had never heard of this before, but was I ever surprised with how amazing this was and how great my back felt and looked after. I am glad I went and saw Pam when I did and I really recommend you too go for any of your skin needs, challenges or just to be treated like a queen. Pam is such a thoughtful and experienced facialist. I have been going to her for facials regularly while following her skincare recommendations and I have seen noticeable improvements in my skin. She truly puts her customers first and frequently offers specials and promotions and has samples to share of almost every Eminence product. My favourite treatment is the acne peel series which I do every winter, my skin looks amazing at the end! I’ve been dealing with sensitive/dry skin for about 15 years and it’s taken me years to realize that I need to invest in my skin! For years my wife has tried to convince me to get a facial and I finally ended up getting one through Pam. She’s friendly, has great product knowledge, and explains the benefit(s) of everything she does throughout the process. I've been seeing Pam regularly for a couple years now and my skin has never been better. I did not realize how empowering it can be to have confidence in your skin and it has resulted in me spending much less on make up. Pam is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate the care and effort she consistently puts into every single treatment - I find that her treatments have not only done wonders for my skin but help to relieve significant tension I have from stress.

I saw Pam for the Winter Escape package which Included a back exfoliation, lave shell massage, facial and scalp massage. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and my skin felt great afterwards. The Lava Shell massage was very unique and not something I had ever seen before, it was very calming and felt great. Pam answered all my questions about skincare and was very knowledgeable and personable in explaining various products and techniques.
