I had an amazing experience at the White Elm Spa. It was calming just walking in the door, beautiful rooms with lots of plants, it has a nice cozy feel. It was also super clean and all of the tools they use come separately sealed in packages so you know it's the first time they have been used. The online booking was very easy to use and because I was coming from out of town it even changed the time zone and put it in my calendar properly! They had coffee (lattes!), tea and snacks and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The best part was the unbelievably comfy chairs and the wonderful job done on my fingers and toes by Gabriella. It was perfect and I will definitely be back!

Today I had my first facial and I have nothing but good things to say. I chose the Naked facial because I wanted to support a local businesses that offer natural products as I also tend to have sensitive skin. Gabbie gave me a crash course on all of the Naked products and made me feel very relaxed. I will definitely be returning to White Elm Spa whether it's for a facial or to restock on Naked Skincare. The staff are extremely warm and friendly and I highly recommend this cute little spot in River Heights. Thanks so much for such a great experience!

I did a lot of research about where to go for a pedicure where I would feel confident that staff were following best practices for Covid and cleanliness. Not only was my pedicure fabulous, but they are very serious about providing a safe environment. All patrons must wear masks. The employees all wore masks (properly!) and the spa was spotless. I was reassured that they are only providing services that can be performed whilst maxed (no lip or jaw waxing). It was as close to a holiday as I will have in a while and I can’t wait to go back.

What a wonderful experience! I went to White Elm Spa for the first time today and I fully intend to come back even though I live at the other end of town. The spa was clean, airy, bright, and very calming. I had a pedicure with Sylvia, who was incredible. This was the first time EVER that I wasn't ticklish! The products were pleasantly scented, but light enough not to become overwhelming. They have an online booking feature that made it very easy to book outside of salon hours. I absolutely recommend this spa!

Me and my Briadesman had the White Elm Spa Pedicures and are blown away by every aspect of our experience. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. Everyone there was so fantastic. I love that the spa is smaller, we had it all to ourselves and had an amazing time. I have been to many nail salons and had many pedicures and this one was the best by far in all regards. With this experience I won't go anywhere else again. I love the opportunity to support a fantastic local company doing it right.

Go get a facial from Jasmine, she’s amazing! Products smell so good. Skin feels great and techniques used really help relax tense jaw muscles. Love the after care kit I get, it lasts me at least a full week (some of the products even longer). We had a minor incident and the owner made it right super quickly so I know they are very serious about their customer service too. Everyone is super friendly and I highly recommend this relaxing facial experience.

This female owned and operated spa always has such a welcoming atmosphere. Their lovely staff are just the best around. They always go above and beyond for the comfort of their clients, and have quality products to use and recommend. It’s also so refreshing to see friendship in the workplace when the staff interact together. My body and mind have been so looked after here. Would highly recommend paying them a visit.

Kayla and Gabbie have created a calm, serene spa atmosphere, to "get away" for an hour or more. I highly recommend giving them a try! Their product is fabulous! Last year for my birthday I received a gift card to white elm spa, I finally went for a pedicure last month and it was so wonderful and relaxing! The spa is very welcoming and the staff is lovely. The girls are very friendly and down to earth. I've already been back for a manicure and again the service was fantastic! I will defiantly be back, this is my new favourite spa in the city!

I visited White Elm Spa for the first time for a spa mani/pedi. I was very relaxed when I left the spa and couldn't have been happier with my nails. Admittedly my nails were not in the best condition when I walked into White Elm, but Svitlana's attention to detail made them beautiful. I plan on returning for nails and other services too.

I had the most wonderful experience getting my wedding nails done at White Elm Spa. Sylvia was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, setting the perfect tone for my big day. My shellac nails turned out absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Amazing experience at White Elm. Their space is very fresh and clean. The pedicure chairs are EXTREMELY comfortable. They are very focused on using sustainably sourced products but they work just as well as "normal" spa products do! The staff are super friendly and courteous as well. Definitely would recommend!
