Unprofessional & ripped me off. I locked myself out of my master bedroom. I called and spoke with a guy on the phone, he said it would cost approximately $69.00 and up. When the technician arrived he looked at the lock and gave me two prices, the first one $165.00 to drill through the lock and $250.00 for another method. I told the technician that this price is not what the guy on the phone said, and he said that if I give him cash he would charge me $120.00 to drill into my lock. Obviously I found this extremely sketchy but agreed to it because I just wanted this situation to be over. The technician drilled through my lock in about 5 minutes and then asked me if I want a new lock for $60.00 and I replied no thanks. The lock I bought from Rona cost $39.99, so obviously this guy wanted to further rip me off for even more money. He continued to say he would give me the lock for a good price of $50.00 I responded again no thank you and said I can buy one at Rona for half the price. The technician asked a third time, and I said no thank you yet again. Afterwards when he left, I called the company and explained to the situation to the guy on the phone and he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. & this technician ripped me off for 5 minutes of work. I would highly recommend calling another company. This company is greedy and unprofessional.

Supposedly his locksmith was "out of town". Told me he had a friend in Leduc that could get it done in a few days and he was headed there already for his own stuff, would probably be $50-60 to repin a door lock. Month and a half later after calling multiple times he finally had them. Tried charging $300 and said if I don't like it he can just keep my key and door lock. Said "his cost" was $200(a lie) to get it done he had to drive back and forth to leduc just for me so he wanted to charge me $100. this was a complete lie as he told me he was heading there already in the first place for his own keys the first time, even told me he forgot to bring my keys the first time and that's why it was delayed.... If you call the number listed vs going to the shop it's a completely different person, I called and they had zero idea about my situation or key.... I would not be surprised as mentioned in a previous review that he just subs out his work and tried to scam you for way more money. Stay away, never leave your keys with this scammer. In response to the "owners" comment. This is the place I whent pictured, the exact place this location is. Also attached the business card I got their. Nice try to cover this up by trying to say I whent to the wrong place and left a wrong review. Stay far away from this scammer.

Called to see about getting a transponder key cut and programed. The guy that answered the phone said he'd have to see if he had anyone available and would call me back. Then hung up and never took my name or number. Maybe they have caller ID but I called at 1242pm and it's now 342pm. Will not be seeking out this company for this or any further lock related business. Update... This company just tried calling me at 915am the next day (Saturday... they day they are closed) and didn't even let it ring long enough for me to pick up and refuse their service. Still will not be seeking out this company for any lock related business.

Had an issue with tenants disappearing on me and absconding with all the keys (first-time landlord woes). Called Mr. Master Locksmith last minute, on a Sunday no less, and he was there in 20 minutes, inside the unit in 30 seconds, AND replaced the cylinder and the entire inner workings of the lock and cut new keys to boot. Honestly, I hope I get locked out of more places. He is refreshingly good at his job. Five stars.

Great service! Our programmable car key broke and the chip was missing. The next day, I called Mr. Master Locksmith and they quoted a reasonable price to fix. They came to our home the next day and replaced the key with a better quality key. It only took them 25-30 min. They charged the quoted price and were very friendly. I recommend Mr. Master Locksmith for car key replacement and programming!

Terribly poor communication, they told us 15-20 min wait, they tired subbing the work out to another locksmith? Our pet was locked in the vehicle, no one showed up, then after waiting almost an hour we called and they said they could no longer help us…just left us hanging. Had to scramble to find another locksmith to come unlock the car. Thankfully kingsway towing came promptly.

Tried to call and get a quote from them and was told he was busy working and could I text him the whole vin number when he just needs the last 8 digits. He told me he couldn't be bothered to write it down. There are 5 different keys for my vehicle and he didn't want to talk about it. You shouldn't have to do all the work for them in order to get any service from them..

I was just about to go on a nice walk when my wife locked us out of our house by accident. After laughing about the incident we called the locksmith to help us out. Best locksmiths in town! I lost my keys to truck, others were going to have me tow the truck to them, charge a substantial service charge, and double the price for the chip key. Site shows open till 11. They opened the door at 5:10 and told me they were closed. Recommend me to go to Canadian tire. Maybe lock your door and/or update hours online.
