Came looking for a new tumbler for my front door deadbolt. Had been to a couple places that told me they didn't have anything that would fit my existing door setup. These guys found exactly what I was looking for and had it pinned correctly for me in minutes. Quite reasonable price too! I'm one happy customer!

Absolutely inconsiderate and terrible customer service. Made an appointment with them 4 days in advance, and made personal arrangements (including taking time off work) to meet with them for the service call - only for them to cancel. Would not recommend to anyone who values their own time.

It would have been nice if they had shown up or given a confirmation call. Our condo mandates that we cannot hire anyone else. I will write another review if they show up for the second day I had to stay home and wait for them. All businesses do confirmation calls or texts now.

I would not recommend this place. After confirming the parts that I needed over the phone and driving an hour and a half to the store they decided that they haven’t carried the part I needed for over five years. Basically lied on the phone in order to get me to come in.

Action Security was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and quickly made the keys that I requested. There was a slight hick-up once I got the keys, but it was remedied quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend and will be back for future services!
