This store is amazing! They have very friendly and helpful staff. They always have something for sale. They sell children's, women's and men's shoes. There was a toy corner for kids, which was really helpful. I'm not sure that they were able to keep it with all the covid restrictions. However, they still have another very useful thing - stairs for trying boots on! So, you can put your toddler on an upper stair, and sit on a lower one and it makes the whole process of trying shoes much more easy and comfortable. So, overall it is one of my favorite stores.

Wonderful experience today. Was shopping with my sister and nephew and was assisted very kindly by the workers. I often feel guilty asking to try on other sizes of shoes but this man working there went without hesitation to get a size higher to make sure my nephew had the correct size. Will definitely be purchasing my daughters shoes here in the future. She’s just a baby so I’m sure there will be many more shoes to come!

Can not recommend Kerrisdale Bootery enough! Everyone who works here is lovely and genuinely cares about your well being in terms of shoes. They take their time in fitting and make sure that you're walking away with a pair that not only looks great, but is a good fit for your feet! John is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This is the place to go to support local and if you'd like 1 on 1 service!

Personally I think prices were bit high but staff were amazing. I usually don’t like getting interrupted unless I’m looking to ask any questions. I like taking my own time to look at the stuff and try it out. Staff didn’t bug me at all. They very politely asked me to ask them questions, if needed. Variety is good. Location is very nice.

What a great store! A hidden gem in Kerrisdale. I was looking for runners for my son, not only did I found runners for him, I found a great pair of shoes for myself. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and really know their stuff. They fitted my son properly. I love supporting a local business. I will definitely be back!

A great place for baby/toddler shoes, especially since they carry a great selection of Stride Rite shoes (highly recommended for beginner walkers). The store itself was quite busy but the gentleman who assisted us was very friendly, patient, and helpful. We will be back fo sure!

Very helpful customer service and generous return policy. Bought slippers for my mum that were perfect. Had ordered different ones from Amazon earlier, but found out too late they were not returnable. Definitely going to shift back to in-person shopping here!

We buy our toddler’s shoes here. They measure their feet and provide a good choice of shoe brands appropriate for small children, who are learning to walk for example. Staff is kind and patient.
