When I reached the counter, the sales person continued on a personal phone conversation (not related to the business) for five more minutes. I showed a box I wanted to buy but mentioned it needed to be cleaned because had a lot of dust. The salesperson commented there was no dust even though you could write on it. I decided not to buy the product since it was a sign of little dedication from the store. I am replying on my own post, since it did not allow me to comment on the one below: Hello Merijn, the box I am referring to is one of the air freshner difusser sticks that you keep in the back to the left of your store. All of them are packed in little boxes and when I went they were covered in dust. The point was not really the dust but the fact that your sales person said there was no dust. Onze droombank online gevonden en via de website van de bank terecht gekomen bij Fabricati. Zij hadden onze bank staan, waardoor we hem heel fijn konden proefzitten. Ook was er een enorme keuze uit stoffen. Uiteindelijk na een uurtje hadden we onze droombank uitgekozen en hoefden we alleen nog maar 25% aan te betalen. Levertijd is zo’n 2-2,5 maand voor onze bank, dus hopelijk zitten we met kerst heerlijk!! We werden ontzettend aardig geholpen en mochten onze tijd nemen. Veel verstand van zaken en ook een heleboel andere mooie spullen in de winkel. En ze zijn ook nog eens op zondag open, wat erg fijn is. Nogmaals bedankt!

Leuk adres op de Overtoom. Mooie design meubelen. Neemt de tijd voor goede voorlichting. Veel keus in modellen en kleuren. Wel even zoeken naar parkeerplaats.

Top zaak. Moois Nederlandse bank gekocht van merk Jame. Daarbij goed geadviseerd. En ook de communicatie tijdens hele proces was top. Aanrader.
